Trevor's Journey

Sorry I haven't been around for the past few days. I hope your running is still going well. It looks like you are more advanced than the first few weeks for the C25K program.

Hope all is well, and all this talk about DQ Blizzards is just doing me in. ha

ya i realized im a few weeks ahead on that but i still am going to continue on it...thanks for stopping by though!

All A's in Trig?? I'm in the presence of a genius. :) I have smoke coming out my ears just thinking about taking a test like that.

I'm sure once you have the time to put Steve's program to work, you'll start seeing impressive results, and we'll have to start calling you Trevor Schwartzeneggar. :biggrinjester:

haha thanks Kimberly! Trig isn't as hard as you think, and if you study enough of anything, you will get it down.

I struggled in Algebra and Geometry--Trig I can't even imagine.

Hey, did you see Bill Clinton speak at your college yesterday? I watched him on C-Span last night.

Well, if you are registered in Austin, you won't be able to vote in College Station most likely. I always did it by absentee ballot when I was in college in Indiana.

dang, your right, i didn't even think about that....well i guess no vote for me

Not much to update today, as i had no time for the gym, but for sure tomorrow!

My calories reached 1800 today..not too shabby
Fat-33 grams
Protein-166 grams
Carbs-233 grams
Fiber-41 grams

kind of high on the carbs, so i will replace some fat with carbs tomorrow for sure...

My roommates complemented me today on my calves...lol, i know its wierd, but since im supposed to be working on liking myself, i though i would share a couple of procrastinating homework pictures with you all...

there you have it....i got some work to do so hopefully next set of pics in the future will show more definition

You have a dancer's calves. Long and defined. Mine are more like chubby girl. XD

I've been quite curious to see some pics. Though you can't tell much from a side bicep shot with your clothes on, I think bulking is definitely the right decision. And don't stop for a whiiiile.

Now don't think I'm saying you don't look great. You definitely do. Especially compared to me, haha. But a long bulk will do your body good. :) And it's the best time to do so, really, after a lengthy deficit. After a cycle you should find cutting down a little easier, and the results much superior.

thanks man...Steve is helping me out so much, and soon i will begin a steady bulk but first i have to get everything down

Yup yup. These things take time. And commitment. Most people overestimate how much they have of the latter and seriously underestimate the quantity of the former that is necessary.

It'll be interesting to see how you respond to some strength training and more food. I'm guessing very well.

Trev you look great, and you are so not fat. What is your waist measurement?

Make sure you get all your voting issues taken care of by Novemeber. ;) If you do an absentee ballot, you have to request it at least 2-4 weeks before the election, and the ballot needs to be received by them on or before Election Day. :) Due to me going to college out of state and then living overseas for so long, I never voted by anything other than absentee ballot for 12yrs, so I'm an old hat at it. :)

thanks for the compliments Kimberly....my waist is around 32''

I will be sure to get everything straight by general elections! Thanks for the info though!

Morning Everyone,

I got my Myotape in yesterday and did my first real measurements this morning after i weighed in at 150! I will post them soon and will continue to do this every Tuesday of the week to monitor my gains when i do start a slow bulk. Today I am hitting the gym for a weight session and 30 minutes of cardio after. Before i start my bulk want to make sure im down to a point where i feel comfortable, therefore im working on burning a bit more fat off before going the other direction. The past two days my calories have been spot on and i will continue this way for another week and a half (mainly because spring break is next week, and i know i will eat bad if i don't limit myself). Last night, i procrastinated homework so much to the point where i didn't even begin to study for my trig test, but today after my workout, i will hit the books hard and get some other homework done! I want to be in good shape homework wise before the test so i can just have time to focus on studying...and not other things.

Well i will update later with measurements and all that good stuff...

Trevor

Not that great of a work out today, i think mainly because of lack of sleep and i know i have a lot to do tonight and tomorrow before Thursday morning test. I promise im going to count yesterday and today as my off days and work out Thursday through Sunday for sure! :)

YAY!! :hurray: Now all you have to learn to do is double this, hon...lol. I'm proud of you Trev. I know how much you despise running, but the fact that you're doing it and not complaining is truely admirable. Good for you.

I hope you're having a good week this far!! Don't study too hard. I wouldn't want to see you wear yourself out.
