finished the night at or around 1800 calories.....tired so im heading off to sleep. Catch yall tom morning...
 
morning to all!

Started off my day so far with a cup of fiber one and some nonfat milk. Today i have a weird schedule so my eating times are thrown off. I will try and get back to this around 2 ish before i go to work.

Do you like that "Double Fiber Bread"?
I tried it and I'm not too impressed (it could have been a dry loaf).

Congratulations on your achievement thus far, Trevor! WOW, nearly 100 pounds lost, THAT IS AMAZING!:eek:

Although gaining muscle will add a little to what the scale says, it will be extremely beneficial in the long run!

Have you done any research on this or other health forums to see what a HEALTHY weight is for a guy your height? Also, I realize school is keeping your VERY busy (well done for going to college, BTW! You ROCK!), but it sounds like a little "exploration" into your psychological issues with weight might be beneficial. You are pretty dang young to be very introspective, but you have shown incredible strength and maturity in working so hard to get healthy!
I think one of the best ways we can keep from gaining back our weight is to know what caused us to gain it in the first place (you know - "It's now what you're eating, it's what's eating you!"). I am by no means a pro at WL or maintenance, but there are lots of folks on this very site who can give you some wonderful advice/opinions/inspiration.

Well done, Trevor. Be proud of what you have achieved, and hopeful for your future!

I know i need to work on some issues, and im glad i can come here and talk to others! i love this place :)
 
In the middle of classes right now (waiting for classes sucks!) Pretty hungry but im waiting to eat until after this last class, because i dont feel like driving to my apartment just to eat and leave again.

Im low on claories today so far, just because i havent had time but im not starving so i should be able to make it until 130ish
 
Just got done eating a nice and filling lunch consisting of

medium sized apple : 80 cals
Wheat and fiber bread x2: 120 cals
Chicken lunch meat: 50 cals
Cup of Beans: 280 cals

that puts me at 975 cals.

Work soon so i don't have time to run, but first thing in the morning i will hit up the gym. Plus work burn some cals too considering im standing, walking around, lifting, and cleaning.

Late dinner tonight, probably around 9 or 10 just because thats when i get off work.

My mood is great and feel full of energy.

haven't checked my weight on the scale for almost a week now, and im proud to have accomplished that so far.

Ill be back tonight, everyone have a good afternoon.
 
Finished the night off at close to 1900/2000 calories because of a big dinner

Rice, broccoli, and 2 pieces of fish. It was great, but i could of gone without snacking while at work on dried fruits and such.

Overall im trying not to worry so much about every little thing that i eat, because thats one of my problems.


Not much going on tom. Getting up around 10, working out then i have work from 1-9 :( someones got to pay the bills.
 
Morning everyone!

Ate a pretty big breakfast today because i was really hungry for some reason. At 400 calories for the day, and in about an hour im hitting the weight room. Woke up feeling energized, party due to the fact that i don't have class until Tuesday, so all i got to do is focus on work today and tom.

I'm just kind of chilling out right now and relaxing before the gym, just because it feels great too.

I had a pretty decent workout on bench, curls, and triceps today. Not too hard because i have to work the rest of the day. Anyways im already close to 900-1000 calories today because of a high protein shake i enjoyed after working out. I'm probably going to hit close to 2000 or over today but i decided for a change im not going to hate myself for doing so.

Thanks again for the compliments.

I tend to only drink water, but occasionally i will drink Diet Lipton Green Tea in different flavors. Its 0 cals and has like 140 mg of sodium. I don't drink booze anymore and i hate soda now that i quit it so long ago.

water is my main drink (for some reason I only like room temp)
I have changed my habits-I have a BIG glass of water with every meal.
non fat milk and 100% juice drinks for my Daughter.

As long as your following that routine and a good diet with exercise, you should be good! Good luck to you and update me and let me know how everything is going!
 
Woke up today feeling alright, not very much sleep because i went to a party after work last night. The good news is i had no alcohol and absolutely no food so i stayed on track. It was enjoyable watching everyone else make a fool of them self though :)


Today i got work again but im excited for it to be over because i got tom and Monday off. Nothing but football and relaxing, something i have been looking forward to all week.


As far as calories go for the day im at 400 because i was craving two bowls of fiber one instead of just one. Thats 26g fiber already for the day!
 
Just got back from the gym and tired. Another long night last night and i ended up not getting back here until this morning. I'm doing good on calories and will probably update later tonight or early tom.Football today so i will check yall later. I hope the pats lose, i HATE them.
 
Another day of Relaxation mixed with homework!


I'm at about 500 calories as of noon, and plan on hitting around 2000 for the day. I may hit the gym today but it depends on when i get my homework done!

...Had a good day at the Rec center attempting to play soccer, and we also hit some weights. I got a protein shake in and im around 2000 for the day. Right now im finishing up some black beans and broccoli (two of my favorites) and then im watching a movie. I got 9 am class tom so i will be up fairly early. See yall in the morning, have a good night everyone.
