I have been around these forums for a few months and just now decided to start up a journal, mainly to help me keep writing down everything i eat.
A little Background Information:
19(20 in march) year old college student in the great state of Texas!
I am 5'10'' and weigh around 147 pounds.
I have lost almost a total of 100 pounds to date but now in the last stretch is struggling with keeping and even continuing to burn the last amount of fat on me.
I guess i feel as if the diary will help take care of some of the stress i accumulate over this semester with grades, work, and money issues
The past few weeks have been difficult and i have succumbed to food late at night which i want no part in, so i made today the first initial step toward what i hope to keep up for the rest of my life.

exercise: 20 minutes on the treadmill (2 miles)
food:
1 cup Fiber one-160
2 cups of non fat milk-160
Kashi Bar-140
Lean Cuisine-290
Banana-150
Double Fiber Wheat Bread (2)-100
Whey Protein (2 scoops)-240
Chicken-200
Broccoli-60
total calories:1500 calories
caloric goal/day: 1800 calories
energy: mild, felt good when i ran

Try to Relax...Breath...You need a break. I'm proud of you, and you are an inspiration. Try not to stress, It's not worth it. But your happiness is-enjoy life. - Yes, I'm from CA.
