Wow... I'm sort of afraid to ask what a suicide jump is...

What exactly is Insanity? Is it something you do at home or do you go out somewhere to do it?

Your weightless looks like it's going really well, how do you keep your calorie intake below 1200? I ave seriously trouble keeping mine below 1400, so much so I've let myself go over some days on purpose. You must have some crazy good willpower!

Haha I can assure you they are just as bad as the sound!! They're a killer.

Insanity is circuit training exercise videos created by Shaun T .. there is a lot of cardio, resistance and plyo metric training. Sunday's is your rest day ... Thursday is cardio recovery where you do stretches, the other days are pretty hard core exercises .. although I felt like I could give up to begin with now I'm on week 3 I feel like I can't miss it ... If I'm late doing it in the day I start to get irritable. I have the workout videos on my hardrive so I do them at home... Recently whilst the weather has been goldmine been going it in the garden :)

Sticking to 1200 calories I have found to be quite easy... I have porridge for breakfast, bagel and low fat cheese for lunch and then bits and Bob's for dinner. Plus veggies and fruit throughout the day. But if I fancy a snack and feel like fruit isn't going to cut it I make yoghurt drops.

I get my favourite flavour fat free youghurt... My favourites are lemon or mango. Scoop the yoghurt into a piping bag and then pipe small blobs onto a grease proof paper tray and pop them in the freezer. They're such a good snack because you can pick at quite a few of them for little calories.

I'm seriously considering trying the Insanity Workout, hopefully it'll give me the serious push I need to lose weight and get fit!

I'm nearly always going over on calories, I always feel hungry for snacks. it's a mental thing that I kno I have to break. lol. Yogurt drops sound interesting now. get myself some weight watchers yogurts and make some maybe. you can freeze them right? I bet they'd taste awesome frozen!

I'd really recomend insanity... It's hard but it really pushes you and you see results :)
Yeah you just pop them on a tray and put them in the freezer for 2-3 hours. I'm going to make some more tomorrow if you want a photo of the outcome haha.
