Hello! I've been a member of this forum for years. Starting a new journal to help me stay accountable and consistent. My short-term goal is to lose 19 pounds in 6 weeks. Really ambitious I know. But I'm just putting it out there. After I reach that goal I have every intention of sticking to the same eating plan for life.
For lunch I had brown rice, spinach, mushrooms and baked salmon
