this is my first weight loss diary so i wasn't sure how to start this off. I am a 20 year old girl, my height is 5'6"
Starting weight: 192
Goal 1: 170
Goal 2: 155
Final goal: 140
Ultimate goal: 130
I guess i'll start with my breakfast which was 2 peices of whole grain toast and half a cup of cottage cheese with some low fat yogurt.
i'm still SO full! and that was over 2 hours ago.
i'm so excited to go workout later
it's a zumba dance class with strength training/cardio mixed in.
I'm at curves so every month we weigh in and do measuring so i'll be sure to post that
