Things busy or what? You're a stranger around these parts anymore.
 
Hehe I know. I was gone for about two months I think. I am back now though. Things are busy certainly, but no busier then anyone else. Im gonna have to work my back into the members hearts :)
 
Today was a great workout with my training partner.

Here is what we did:

Deadlift 4@275, 1@335, 4@295, 1@340*, 10@245
Superset with rest
Pullup 4@40, 1@60, 4@40,1@70, 10@BW
--I thought I had loaded 295 on the first deadlift set until I went for the second four repper and he pointed out that it was only 275. So that sucks. However 340 is a new PR in the deadlift. 45lbs more to go!!

Oh and he pulled a new max at 395!

Cable Row 3x10@135
DB Row 10@40, 10@45
Incline Curl 1x10@30, 1x8@30

Great workout. The goal is to take the deadlift up to 385lbs minimum by March 1st. No problem.
 
ok so can you come over to my place for like 20 minutes and carry home the 175lb weight set for me please...

30x2 Power Cleans or
30x2 Snatch or

Some Power Clean Push Press perhaps? Probably a few front squats. I dont really know. I just came off a week off after 2 weeks of high rep work. Im gonna goof off for awhile before winter break comes and my partner and I do some high frequency stuff.

Hes currently doing a bodypart split, with extra emphasis on the biceps lol.

Im such a wuss when it comes to lifting overhead.

I then decided to something different so I did this superset
Supine Row

Pushup with hands elevated

Then I moved on to
Back Extension

Hanging Knee Raise
4x10@12lb med ball

Then to finish
Neutral Grip Pullup

Starting at the 185 sets I focused on a longer eccentric portion. That stuff sucks.

Solidified how much I really hate squats.

I have a large cinabun cake (or something) sitting on my table. Should I eat it? Naah.

My mother in law says which I knew would happen, "Tony there is cinabon here."

I say as usual, "No thanks."

As usual she, "Why not?" I could be eating something and she would still annoyingly ask me this.

I said, "Because I dont want any and its not good for me."

I then went to the Cinnabon website where they offer no nutritional info for their products, which is not on the box either. Did a search and found each Classic is 730 calories, with 114g carbs. I told this to my wife and her and she (MIL) says "oh really! I guess I wont be getting those again."

Just seen the movie Hitman, it was really good.
 
So I measured out a 1/2 cup of raisin bran, no freaking way that will do any positive for hunger. I am moving the breakfast to two eggs with one piece of toast. Thats 240 calories and should provide a much better anti hunger agent.

Deadlift was much better then last week.

My buddy is picking up my whey and casein protein tonight and Ill get it from him Thurs. Then the V Diet craziness starts.

No the V Diet is essentially a liquid diet. I want to eat one meal per day, namely breakfast, so I wanted to see my options. Raisin Bran isnt one of them. At 1400-1700 calories a day, I cant waste 200 on such a little portion.
 
For the challenge. Its going to be extremely tough and a real test of willpower and dedication.

Its a 28 day diet, but I dont think it really matters. I am going to do it for about 3 weeks while I am out of school. The creator ate one meal per week, but I am going to eat one per day. Two eggs and toast should help alot IMO.

So here is the food plan for the next 3 weeks. This starts tomorrow with breakfast each day and 1 additional meal per week.



I went and bought a second shaker cup yesterday and picked up my whey and casein. I am sure I will need another casein tub, but my buddy said V Shoppe only gets them 1 at a time. At $25*25% off I can wait it out.
