Pulled 300x1 for two sets today. Felt great to go up 5lbs.
Failed on 315 though. Dont know how much my strength will improve on my new diet.
My diet is 55% fat, 35% protein, and 10% carbs. It equates to 147g fat, 200g protein, and 61g carbs. I dont see too many big gains coming.

) I wanted to give the LOW carb approach a shot. I am not all muscle-y, and I see a lot of recommendations about low carbing to get really lean. Now granted Im probably about 13-15% bf right now, so I wanted to see how this affected me. I dont feel drained at all. Its tough eating certain foods and not eating others.
I must find the wraps!!!
