Way over on Carbs but my sugar check was not to bad.

Today was an off day per our trainers orders I kinda made us over do it this week so we had a cheet day

Did my weigh in today instead of Monday don't know why I just did and I lost 6lbs :hurray::eek::eek2:. thats a total of 65lbsI just about fell over.

We worked really hard this week at the gym and I ate very well staying right around where my Dietician wants me, but I am going to call her or go see her on Monday I know it's not good to drop weight that fast.

Going to try to get in a bike ride today if the weather holds

Don't worry that you're losing too fast. You're not starving yourself or anything. You've been working hard. And the body isn't quite the perfectly-predictable machine we would like it to be. Sometimes the weight loss is uneven - you may drop a whole bunch one week and very little the next.

Only worry if you are feeling some negative effects, like serious fatigue or illness.

But, seeing your dietician is probably never a bad idea.

Well today was a bad day as far as food goes it was drag race day and any day at the track is tough for me with everyone grilling.

Went to the gym after getting home from the track.

I did
3x10@50lbs of Bench rows
Bench Press 1x10@95lbs 1x10@135Lbs 1x1@185 and 1x1@205<<< New Max
Squats 1x10@95lbs 1x10@135Lbs 1x10@225Lbs

Then finished with 5 15 second sprints on the cross trainer @ level 9 with 1 min in between

I know Cord I really thought is would be much more but it all came off the food choices in fitday but boy was it a lot of fat, oh well went to the gym and burt off some of it.

Man what a lazy day I did not do a thing today except run all over town trying to get a title for a car taken care of.

3x20 second sprint on cross trainer at level 10

Third circuit
6x10 @ 60lbs Incline Push pulls both R&L left Dom
3x10 @ 75lbs DB squats's
3x20 second sprint on cross trainer at level 10

Fourth circuit

3x10 @ 135lbs bench Press
6x10 @ 60lbs Bench Rows both R&L

It felt real good to get back in the gym.

Going to go this afternoon and get in some IT on the cross trainer and tread mill and then do some squats, step-ups

Had a light day at the gym today, we did 20 minutes of IT on the cross trainer then I did 3x10 @ 120lbs DB squats and 3x20 @ 30lbs step-ups.

Food intake was much better today other than to many carbs
Fitday says 1922 cal, 29% fat, 55% carbs, 16% protien

Bought me a heavy bag for the house and got it put up and did 20 min on it
man what a work out!

Busy weekend so I have fallen behind and I was a little down because when I got on the scales this week I was up 2lbs:(

10/2/09

Did not do a lot today other than about 15 min on the heavy bag.

Food intake 1448 cal, 30% fat, 48% Carbs and 22% Protein.

10/3/09

We went to the Renaissance Festival in Kansas City and walked all over the grounds for about 4 hrs it sure was nice to be able to walk and not have to stop to catch my breath all the time.

Food intake for the day was not to bad with everything at the festival.

2054 cal, 36% fat 26% carb and 38% protein

10/4/09

Got up and went to the shop and my son and I started on the body work on our drag car, ended up skiping lunch:toetap05:
