Busy weekend so I have fallen behind and I was a little down because when I got on the scales this week I was up 2lbs

Did not do a lot today other than about 15 min on the heavy bag.
Food intake 1448 cal, 30% fat, 48% Carbs and 22% Protein.

We went to the Renaissance Festival in Kansas City and walked all over the grounds for about 4 hrs it sure was nice to be able to walk and not have to stop to catch my breath all the time.
Food intake for the day was not to bad with everything at the festival.
2054 cal, 36% fat 26% carb and 38% protein

Got up and went to the shop and my son and I started on the body work on our drag car, ended up skiping lunch
