Hey hope all is well with you guys, my running is going well I have a 5K Saturday. I have been more focused on life then anything else as of late. my weight is at 185 right now, SLOWLY going down but im not 100% on my diet im just eating better, no soda/juice and no junk food. been feeling well.
 
Long time no type Tob!


Have fun on the 5k run this Saturday. Be sure to take a few moments during the start of the run to enjoy the view and remember to smile when you're crossing the finish line.

Not at the moment but soon. Official time was 27:29 15th place in age, 230th out of 500 over all.
 
Hey Tob. Great job on the race. I don't know if you remember me or not but I started my weight loss a while ago and lost the weight with eating right and running. I haven't been on here for a while but I see you have come a long way since I left. I think you were just walking last time I was on here. I started at 5 KM too. Now I am going to be running my 3rd 1/2 marathon and training for a marathon early next year. You are doing great. Keep up the good work!!!
 
I remember you well Cowboy, that is fantastic! I think its my next goal is to start training for a 1/2 marathon haha.
 
Hey Tob,


I'm also considering a half marathon this year around the fall timeframe. If you start training for the half you might want to consider adding a 10k race into the training schedule as you build up the distance. Not truly required but might as well tick it off the list as you increase distance. You might also be able to find some 10mile races if you can find a good local listing of upcoming runs.

Current weight 181 lbs. six lbs to my goal weight.


Still running 3 - 4 times a week, have a 5K next week . I run 5k distance at least one time a week, most of the week is less due to time restraint. Hope everyone is well, I will pick up my activity on here again come winter.
 
Hey all, sorry for the long absences, I lose track of the world haha, My running stopped at the end of DEC 2012 and I picked up again FEB 1, I had a knee injury, last year I ran A lot of races 5 and 10 K, and hit my goal weight of 175 and went below that to 172, then from Thanksgiving to Jan I went back up to 176 but i am back on track again. I hope you all are doing well!
