To win a BodyBuilding competition.

Even a lump is gyno, although 1 in 3 guys has it, it still doesn't make it okay.. You need to keep an eye on it, because I've seen many guys have it as teens and it never go away (it mostly does).

Isn't he like 16-17? If he had gyno, he would have known by puberty..gyno doesn't occur all of a sudden unless he was using some kind of gear, and even that is reversible.

No gyno can happen all the way until your early 20s w/o gear. And majority of gyno once there long enough isn't reversible

mmm i feel awsome now guys knowing that i mite have tits that are irreversible :confused:

Was Australia day today and the gym was closed. was gonna do legs and arms today so i just did some basic arms stuff today for the hell of it.

So now that i have learned i should apparently be doing allot of compound movements for mass i have changed my workout routine a bit so here it is

All sets and reps the same... 3-4 sets 8-12-15 reps

Workouts.

1: Flat bench, dumbbell bench, cable cross overs, and the machine that is a similar movement to cable crossovers. Cable pushdown, skull crushers,

2: chin ups, dead lifts, seated rows, lat pull downs, and if have the energy bent over rows at the end

3: Military press, dips, DB shoulder press, DB shrugs, lateral raise, upright row,

Not sure whether to do lateral raises with the 2 cable machines or dumbbells ?

4: Squats, legg press, leg extensions, BB curls, DB curls and hammer on the way down, cable curls, and if the energy left preacher curls.

So this is my new workout I workout 5-6 times a week normally 3 days on 1 day of this is my first proper workout i think and before this i have managed to put on 17 kg onto my 58 kg frame in 10 months I should be hitting every muscle with this yes? PLEASE if you see anything wrong or something that you think is better or even a negative comment i want to see it :p

you should place squats first really, as they are very taxing. I thought you were doing a body part split?

Yeah on workout number 4 which is leg day and arms i have squats first? i should of mentioned that the order there in is what i intend to do them at the gym

oh sorry, I thought that was all in one workout :p and that the commas separated alternatives or something :p

lol you serious? as if i could do all that in one work out...I have 4 workouts that i do in that order then i go back to the start. what is a body part split ?

it's what you do, with pretty much one bodypart a day. (ok you really got more like 2, but you get the point) as oposed to full body, which is the entire body each workout, usually done 3 times a week; upper lower split, which usually is 4 days a week doing upper body 2 times a week and lower body 2 times a week; and push pull split, which is also usually 4 days, doing pushing exercises 2 times a week and pulling exercises 2 times a week.

so you think what i have created is ok? and most splits are just 2 dif workouts done twice a week each ? i wouldn't be able to include all that stuff into two workouts and have the energy to do it

so anoying...i hear one thing then the next thing i hear is completely different...i have no idea what "really" is good for gaining muscle  that why i havent bothered up until now to really try and crack down on my workout because i figure there is so much bull**** going round and the main thing is to just go in and do it other wise you spend all day everyday just trying to make a perfect routine :yelrotflmao:

There is no 'perfect' routine, even the routine that is amazing for you today, won't be the most effective in 6 months. Take advice from many sources, try different things, and find out what works best for you.

try the body part thing you've got now. If it doesn't work, then try something else.

and if you did upper lower or push pull, you'd be including all that stuff into 4 workouts, not two.

ok i will try this for a couple weeks...i move soon tho so no internet for who knows how long and i have to find a new gym to go to :( i really like it up here because there is a cheap ass fruit market underneath my gym a supplement store i really like across the road and its so good but thats all gonna change.

Legs today which means i am doing workout number 4....so farken scared coz i am gonna try free weight squats :(

What's to be scared of? Just dump the weight if you can't handle it. Anyone who doesn't maintain a respectful radius and/or dodge fast enough deserves broken shins.

I think you're scared because you're about to feel the pain of real leg work. ;)

Have fun. :D

Nah machine squats still burn my legs up and most leg days i have to hold on to something to walk when i am finished :) and just dump the weight? YEAH RIGHT!!! squats and dumping = bad things

Just joshing ya. It'll go great.

Do you not have access to a rack/cage? 'Cause if you do, peace of mind is a beautiful thing. :)

yup there is a squatting rack. Any way i did 1 warm up set with the bar to 15 reps then i did 3 work sets and wow it was actually easy...i went all the way to the bottom and up again and for some reason free weight squats are easier when you actually have weight on you lol...b4 i was just trying them with a walking stick to try and get form right and it seemed really hard. also instead of leg press do after squats do you think i should do hack squats? or just do them after and do leg press after that as well.

Also got another 5 tub of protien powder and talked to the guy and he can send it to me where ever i live for cheaper and free postage :)
