Me and my friend workout daily about 5-6 times a week. Our routine is Chest, Sholders, Tricepts and the next day it's Back, and bicepts. We do Abs when we have time. Now it ussually takes about 1 hour- 1 hour 30 mins to do the routine(when we do abs it's ussually an added 20 mins). When one person finishes a set the other does his set on the machine. Are we spending too much time at the gym?
