Ugh...
I just weighed myself and I'm 194.....AHH!! *pulls hair out* .... I thought I was done with these numbers but I can't get out of them! 193-195lbs is the BAIN OF MY EXISTENCE!!
I've been working so hard, and eating what I thought was right....but yet I can't seem to beat the scale.....
I don't know if it's because TOM is coming up...or if I"m actually not eating as healthy as I think...
time to buckle down and really start counting the calories.....
just a drive by right now, as I'm so peeved with the scale......I might toss end up stomping on it, and then tossing it out the window.
Hi Tik,
Don't let this get to you. The scale is just a number. How do you feel? How are your clothes fitting? How do you look- thinner? How are the measurements? Losing inches? If you are losing inches and not losing weight you are probably gaining muscle. Don't let the number on the scale dictate how you feel. You are definitely on the right track. Remember this is a lifestyle change not a diet. The weight loss will come. You are in this for the long haul, right? There are going to be weeks where you don't lose weight- that is just the way it is. This is what separates the people that want to change their lifestyle and be thinner and healthier from the ones that don't. I know you got this in you. YOU CAN DO THIS!!
