congrats on your weight loss! it is great success really ,considering how hard it is for me to lose weight these days. ?t used to be so easy 2 years ago . then ? used to swim, walk and do pilates somet?mes. but now ? dont have many exercises types to do. but ? love to walk, ?t is a good exercise ? th?nk .i have a few pilates videos but doing them alone is so hard , it is fun but after some time it can be boring

and the swimming pool ?s too expensive now, ? have a pilates ball but only used a few t?mes, yesterday n?ght ? have read some exercises from my d?et book, ? th?nk ? w?ll do them everyday with my d?et. th?s year ? am not an act?ve person much.maybe ?t ?s harder to lose weight because of that.
