Tired of being tired of being tired of being....ugh

Hey, I just read your story. Glad you decided to come back.

I started and stopped many times, but this time DEFINITELY feels different. This is the only time I have truely committed to exercise in a way I never have before. A month later, I'm down 12 pounds.

You have to be ready for the change though. Ready to go twards it full tilt. I know from experience that it's easy to let go when you think you are a healthy fat person, but the moment a real health issue comes into focus it's an entirely different ball game.
 
Hey girl! ugh! I... FEEL... YOU!! Ya know, the sad thing is I don't even pluck the grays out anymore because now I'm too afraid that they wont even grow back! :cry: This was not supposed to happen so fast! Oh well, at least you're gorgeous, so screw the rest! :D

I'm glad you're not getting to caught up on any weight gain, it only makes it harder if you stress. Before I started losing weight this time, I had gone from 254 to 213, turned around and gained up to 288 and was back down in the 210s before I knew it and have more or less been able to stay there at least when I'm not really paying attention. But, the point is, it happens sometimes and it will come off, just don't give up! You too can look ridiculously hot, just like Danii! ;)

@mimimee - I am doing well, life got a little overwhelming, but I am managing. How are you doing?

@Cory - Soda free for 19 days congratulations. My vice is iced coffee w/creamer. How are you managing to curve your caffeine cravings?

@Sparked, thanks for the flattering comments, I needed it. Every so often I look in the mirror and think "what the hell", the dreaded, "I feel like a gargoyle" days.

OK today I had a really good day.

I took an hour of spin class, and burned like a million calories.

Breakfast - smoothie (cucumbers, spinach, celery, carrots, strawberries, almond milk, and flax seeds)

Snack 1 and 2 Yogurt with berries

Lunch chicken salad with a raspberry vinaigrette

Dinner - 6 in turkey sub with greens and pesto
