Ok. So. I need to lose as much weight as possible by the 28th. I NEED to fit back into my dress for my brothers themed birthday.
I have 20 days left! So 20 days at about these calories means I can lose another 1.5kgs... Will it be enough?? Mmmm I think I NEED to get back to the exercising. Even if I do about 30min of cardio daily, I might be able to up it to 2kgs.
Breakfast:
Cornflakes - 110kcal
Soy Milk - 50kcal
Lunch:
Vietnamese Nori Rolls - 170kcal:
- Baby Cos Lettuce - 15kcal
- 1 Grated Carrot - 30kcal
- 1/2 Red Onion - 40kcal
- 1/2 Cucumber - 25kcal
- Nori Sheets - 0kcal
- Vietnamese Mint
- Coriander
- Garlic, Chilli, Sweetener - 10kcal?
- 1/6 Cup Fish Sauce - 15kcal
- Lime Juice - 20kcal
Dinner:
Vegetable Tom Yum Soup - 310kcal
Snacks:
Soy Milk (for coffee's) - 50kcal
Yoghurt - 80kcal
2 Rice Cakes - 60kcal
Potato Soup - 110kcal
Total kcal: 940/1550kcal
