Went to a psychic fair today. Was one of the oddest days I've had in a long time!
I got in a lot of walking though, so I feel that has made up for my two days of being bedridden.

Lazy day! So nice :) Still a bit sick, but feeling a lot better.
Got some exercise from playing Pokemon Go today. I feel just like a child again hahaha! Unfortunately I caught no pokemon... :(

So tasty! I have half a tomato on them (15kcal), with a thin piece of pre-sliced cheese (about 75kcal). You can get sliced cheeses in all kinds of thicknesses, so I opt for a brand that slices them extra thin and comes in a strong flavour. I also get sliced wholemeal sandwich bread that comes to about 80kcal a slice.
It's super easy, and I store all the ingredients in our fridge at work and the bread in the freezer. I don't think I could ever get sick of a toastie!
 
Went a little Pokemon Go crazy today! Spent almost 2 hours just walking today. They have done a great job of gamifying exercise with that app. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to make walking more rewarding. There are also so many people walking around doing the same thing, even in my relatively quiet town!

It's a great idea! Haha one day I hope to be self motivated enough to walk too... I guess pokemon will have to be my motivation in the short term.

I know! Walking out of the office, from the first 4 people I passed, 3 were playing Pokemon Go! It's ridiculous. I mean I get it, seeing as I am quite possibly addicted... But wow! Even I'm impressed.

I'm definitely going to try your toasties I think :) I always saw them as a really calorific food but they don't have to be :)
 
Had one Lemon Crisp biscuit today! Thheeennn my boss wanted to take me out for sushi! Eh, wasn't too bad overall though. Chose to swap out the higher calorie Jenny Craig meal I was scheduled to eat for a lower one I skipped a week ago, due to eating out.

Also got told I'm looking skinnier! Woo!

Waist Progress Update:
I also lost 1.5cm off my waist over the past two weeks (even with my overeating for half a week there), so woo! :D Can't wait to be back to 65cm, and only a few weeks off that now!

Exercise Update:
In addition to Pokemon, I did get in some exercise at a dance thing today which was awesome. Dancing for an hour in the dark to good music was really fun! It was like clubbing without the sleazy men and comfy shoes! And for $7, it's cheaper than a sports class or gym membership. I'm shocking at dancing or anything needing coordination, so the dark works just fine for me.

Mmm! There's always a way to make things healthy :D And cheese toasties are so good! Sometimes I swap out the tomato for onion or mushrooms to mix it up, but I don't think I could ever get sick of them.

After our dance thing tonight, my friends and I went to catch some Pokemon to try and get a little more walking in. So much fun haha :D
