Day 45 (Week 7, Day 2) 11.16.2008
Today I'll eat:
Yogurt with Benefiber and Cinnimon
Apple with Crackers (apple pie, my new fav treat)
Steak with Spinach Salad
Apple with Crackers
Lean Hamburger with Califlower and Crackers
Apple if needed
I just finished my first 500ml of the day with my vitamin! Yay!!
I bought a little pill case last night so it should help me remember when I have and haven't taken the vitamins.
Goal today is to drink 5 more 500 ml of water.
I'm going to go for a little walk today and then 5 miles tomorrow at the gym. I think it will take me less than an 1.5 hours. At least that is the goal. This is my new routine 3 times a week.
I've got back on the routine otherwise I am going to be in trouble on the half marathon day! Ok that is all for now

.. be proud of yourself..that is amazing.
. remember we are not suppose to weigh every day or week, as it may be discouraging.. our bodies naturally plateau...your month is not up yet..
