Thanks all! I have done so good today! I watched the info mercial on latin dance corerhythm or something like that and I remember last year this time i lost a lot dancing ! So i danced nonstop hard for 45 minutes today and loved it! 100 crunches on my ball and I am gonna do some more dancing ina few!
Hi everyone and thanks for stopping by! Honestly the crunches are so easy dont realise it when you use a excercise ball but you do feel it but its nothing like the back aching and stuff if you try without the ball! The dancing is so fun I know you will enjoy it! I didnt even invest in a tape i just put on dance music on my insight and dance! The main step in it is natural hips side to side and then circle your hips and put squat a littl and push hips forward and pull them back! We all do these steps hehehehe Anyways just add fast paced music and have fun! I may need some help on this but I am going to post everything! I am no longer going to do the atkins because to many people were worried it would cause me health problems in the long run! So I have decided Good old fashion counting calories and lots of excercise! I am not going to go over 1600 cals! I am going to no longer eat after 7pm! Drink lots of water!
This is going to trip ya out but I been up sense 4:30am and i wanted this for breakfast lol but it was healthy!
Yogurt 80 cals
shredded lettuce 45 cals
can tuna in water 150 cals
fat free honey dijon 35 cals
Cup coffee with splenda french vanilla flavor 0 cals
ok here is some more for today like i promised
1 small orange 45 cals
1 can no salt mixed veges 140 cals
2 small cans no salt tomatoe paste 159 cals (used ms dash sesoning and mixed to make a vege soup!)
So my total at 5:30 pm is 744 cals
still have 456 left of my 1200
have had 32 ounces of water
45 minutes dancing
going to go do 45 more while little one is asleep
and do my 100 crunches!
I am going to hit some diaries and then go excercise but will be back to post rest of food and will be good and post everyday food and calorie intake (if i dont get on i have a journal here and will post it to share and be accountable)
ok tom is coming so i think that may be why my pound gain but weigh in was 240.8

Wow you are kicking butt in the exersices! I do some dancing
when I am bored and still want to burn a few but it's Tamm'y
crazy booty type dancing lol! I put my crunch thingy on my bed
and it makes the situps somewhat more compfy! My tailbone always
hurts and seems worse after I had my 4th lil one! Well girlie hope you

i am going to put my excercise and food in here daily in red so everyone can find it quicker! I added all of my diaries from my very first day here to this one! I decided I can always go back and see the past year!
About the dancing - I've tried dancing on my own, but I always tend to stop after a while. If I had a tape or something then maybe I would stick to it. Or maybe I should just put some music on and time myself and then stop when time is up. Anywhoo, calorie counting actually gets easier for a while, glad you're starting up. Good luck with it.
looking good!! It's a good idea doing crunches on the exercise ball. I have one but when I used it it was a "Birthing ball" I'll have to try that, thanks!
