
WOW 9 LBS!!! You go girl! I was looking up those types
of diets theres 1 thats for 14 days that suppose to work good
plus you lose a ton fast (I know bad but A motivation boost again!
Do you have a typical phase 1 meanue what you can and can't have
and limits?I was thinking after reading so far on certain diets that
this might work?
EXAMPLE
2 eggs w/canadian bacon breakfast
turkey wraps (turkey breast with 2% cheese rolled in the middle
with shredded lettuce and mustard for dipping) LUNCH
1 chciken breast w/1/2 plate mixed veggies DINNER
nuts/1apple/15 grapes/boiled egg/leftover chicken breast/4oz cheese/
