238.6 down 6 pounds from 2 weeks ago when i was staying at 244.8


My food so far today

1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese (90 cals)
2 cups italian mix lettuce (15 cals)
4 raw mushrooms (16 cals)
1/4 cup mild cheddar cheeses shredded (110 cals)
4 tbsp lite ranch (160 cals) used that much because my cals are low for the day so far
total at 4:12 pm 381 cals
 
thanx so much ok I am ready to get this off and leave it behind this yoyoing is killing me! I am joining the oldies vs newbies challenge and I am eating healthy {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{NO CHEATING NO CHEAT DAYS}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}
I am eating veges fruits and poultry and fish and later I will add other stuff but this is my main and ultimate plan!!!!!!!
