Heheheh Ok The First Magazone Has The Rice Diet In It And It Convinced Me I Need To Try It The Keeping Weight Off Results Are Awsome I Will Post And Keep Ya Up On It But I Recommend Get The Magazine Will Be The Best Less Than 2 Dollars Ya Ever Spent

1 cup oatmeal (2 starch)
2 cup peaches (2 fruit)

LUNCH

2 cups peaches (2 fruit)
2/3 cup brown rice (2 starch)

33.8 oz water

I'll im you a message today, yesterday was a holiday here so I was at home, cleaning, doing laundry, then to a movie with my g/f. We're having a production meeting in the morning but after that's done and if your on we'll chat.

Ah yummy rice! If someone offered to let me sit and eat rice all day I'd do that. It's a shame there isn't a rice and popadom diet that'd be the one for me I think!

You sound like you're doing well and more importantly pleased with your own progress. There's nothing better than to feel good about what you've achieved!:)
