Hey sweetie! I hope you dont get mad at me but I agree with Sugar and HH... You need to give it time to work.. Look at me a few months ago.. I stayed the same weight for 3 weeks straight the on the fourth week I lost 3 lbs! Your body is gonna do what it wants to do.. I know you are like me and wish the lbs would just start falling off but that is what we want.. and it's not gonna happen! I've really tried this week ever since Sunday.. and still nothing..The scales have stayed the same for me.. I dont care how much water and exercise I have had nothing is working..But I'm still gonna stick to the ww for at least another month.. I WILL STAND BESIDE YOU ON WHATEVER YOU CHOOSE!! Please dont get mad at me.. :( that is only my two cents.. which never means anything..
 
I Know All Of You Are Right I Can And Will Do This I Started It And I Need To Stay With It! I Havent Let Eric Know But I Think I Am Going To Buy Me A Good Digital Scale And Stop Going To The Meetings And Do It Like You Guys And Have You Support Me! I Have Everything I Need To Do It Without Spending Money Now I Just Went For The Weigh Ins After I Got All My Material But I Can Have A Scale Here And Do Just As Good! I Am Going To Do This I Just Had To Deal With Some Things The Past Few Days! Now Its Time To Be Good And Rock Them Scales! I Know It Can And Will Work So I Am Going To Be Liable To You Guys From Now On Not A Room Full Of Strangers And I Can Buy My Own Gifts For My Rewards! I Feel Better And Thanks So Much For Your Support I Love Each Of You I Just Want You To Know Your Family To Me!
 
You can totally rock the scales in your own house, Tina! I agree, its hard to have to hang out with a bunch of strangers and care what the heck they think of you. Not to mention the money you'll be saving!
 
We know you can do this too! It doesn't matter who if you weigh yourself at home or the meetings. You're so strong and motivated. You'll be successful no matter what!! Just keep being positive! :)
 
thanxs so much i knwo it also i think i done worse worrying about going there to the meeting and having to weigh in i am fixin what is making me fall and i am getting bacvk on i may not have even gained but i know i cant let the pressure get to me i have to worry about me and you guys and that is all that matters so heck with the meetings !!!

Good for you! The meetings were just probably putting you over the edge in terms of time & commitments. We're here for you. Just weigh yourself regularly & report it to us whatever it is, we're here to help you through the tough times & to cheer with you in the good times!
 
Tina, you have done so well with WW that you will definitely get those scales cruisin' down at home! :D I am glad you decided to stick with WW since I agree with the others. Stickin' with one way is best and time is needed to lose what you want. :D Still weighin' in today? At home or at WW? Either way, you'll do great :D Get in the water and BL and have a great day :D

Ok These Scales I Know Are Different Because I Know I Havent Gained This Much But This Is Going To Be My Weigh In Scale Here At Home So I Am Going By It And Only It! I Weighed And I Think It Will Be Better Anyways Cause I Will Think I Am Weighing More Thna I Actually Do Which Will Keep Me Motivated! I Hate To Put This But I Am Going To And Start All Over With My Numbers So From Now On They Are Acurate With This Scale! It Says 233.6 I Know Its Wrong But From Now On Its Right To Me!
 
I know what you're talking about! My scale at home says I weigh almost 5 pounds less than the scale at the gym. (I go by the gym scale.) Good luck!
 
Hi there, I think your making the right decision in sticking with the WW. I think its true that you will have a harder time if you keep changing diets. Plus the WW diet will be easier to stick to, long term. Even though you love rice and pasta I am sure there is only so long you can stick to it in a strick diet like that. I'm sure your going to do great. You have inspired me to go and buy a bigest loser dvd. Good luck.

Hey Girlfriend! Your posts over the last few days echo my feelings exactly. I hear you about wanting to switch to a new diet to see faster results. It is so hard to be patient. I like fast results too. I'm giving up on fads and have decided to just start exercising, a whole bunch and watching my total calories. I managed to gain back all my weight and then some, topping out at my heaviest yet. Not a good feeling, especially after working so hard. Just wanted to share that with you, that you are not alone! Do whatever it takes, just don't give up. We can do this, let's get into those cute summer shorts!! Have a great weekend and believe in yourself. You've done it before and you can do it again.
 
Hey Tina! That sucks that the scale is not giving you a nice number. But you know how all scales can be different. And you won't be seeing that number for long cause you are going to lose like crazy! :D
 
Tina, that number WILL go down b/c you are gonna do GREAT!!!! :D On WW you can still have your rice and pasta - you just have to measure it and count it in the points for the day :D Thats the great thing about WW - WHATEVER you WANT (thats the WW in my case) :D You'll do great! Besides, we wont' let you do anything else :D We're ready if ya need a butt kickin, a laugh, support or anything else your little heart desires :D You just let us know - heck, we'll dish it out even when ya dont! LOL
