i just got ready and heading to my weigh in my meeting isnt until 12 noon eastern time on fridays so i am not trying to keep ya in suspence its 11:24 and i am getting ready to go so i will be back soon!
 
Ok On My Weigh In I Didnt Gain But I Didnt Lose I Stayed The Same! So I Am Going To Do Right This Week And Step It Up Big Time! I Will Never Reach My Goals If I Dont And I Am Going To Start Posting What I Eat So I Have You Guys To Get Me If I Mess Up And Its Only Fair And I Am Sorry I Havent Been Posting It!!! So Today Is The Start Of The New Dedicated Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

I Bought A Weight Watcher Mug Thatis 32 Oz So I Am Going To Start Drinking My Water I Have It Full And Sipping On It!!!!!
 
Hey you're doing great Tina!! That mug sounds pretty cool though - all I got to drink water from is one of the weak plastic ones you buy in the convenience store for bottled water, that I peeled the label off of :p

Hi Tina, I'm here to help you kick it into high gear! Just imagine when you do your exercise that we're all there as your own personal cheering squad, except you have to actually post your exercise to hear us cheering, so maybe that wasn't the best imagination exercise, but you get the idea. We're cheering you on, just turn up the sound in your head!

(sorry guys, there is now ay I could read EVERY single members!!) But girl you are doing really well!! I am happy to hear you maintained, I know a loss is more exciting, but maintence is important too! ;)

Good job on posting your food too, its realy important. At least I feel it helps me own up to what I am eating! You're doing great. :)

Ok Everybody I Did Good Last Night Had Things Going And Didnt Come Post But Had A Salad And Chicken Breast Sandwich Meat On Low Cal Bread And A Few Other To Get My Points! I Didnt Drink The Whole 32 Oz Of Water And I Will Try To Do Better Ont That! Today Has Been A Bad Day And I Havent Kept Up With My Points But Dont Think I Have Done Real Bad! I Have To Get My Butt Back On Track And Stop All My Worrying And Letting Myself Lose Control! I Am Going To Lose At Least 3 Pounds This Week Because I Am Going To Start Tomorrow Posotively On The Right Track I Have Put Me A List Of Things On The Fridge That Tell Me My Goals And Reasons Why I Dont Want To Mess Up! I Love You Guys And Love Your Support! And I Know It Will Get Better And I Am Going To Make It Get Better! I Cant Wait For The Challenges I Need Them Bad! May Even Start A Quick Challenge Starting Monday With Ya Cassie On The Dvd If Your Up For It Lord Knows I Need It! And Maybe Some Of Ya Want To Do A 5 Or 6 Day Challenge To Lose 3 Pounds By Friday? Let Me Know If Your Up For It!
