I Am So Sorry Guys Been Wild All Weekend And Hectis Today I Had To Go Pay Bills And Shop At Wal Mart Hehehe I Forgot To Pay The Cell Bill And Had To Go Pay It Qick Before They Shut It Off My Memory Seems Bad! I Am Still At 229.2 But That Isnt Going To Last! I Was Hard On Myself For Not Losing Friday But I Have Lost Over 8 Pounds This Month So I Cant Complain!

Lettuce
4oz Pink Salmon
Fat Free Ranch Dressing
20ozDiet Sprite

just need to get drinking my water with lemon the rest of the evening
i am going to do the biggest loser dvd
and i think if i survive a cd walk away pounds by leslie sansone!

i will be back laters and try to get to the diaries it is almost in the 60's and sunny dont want to waste the day inside and it is going to rain later!

You're right, 8 pounds in one month is quite the accomplishment! Don't let one bad week get you down - rock the scale with us!

Everytime you say to Rock the Scales, I have to wonder, do you mean rock like rock'n'roll (which is a very good way to burn some calories!), or rock like rock the boat (swimming is a good burner too!)?
 
Uh.. hello.8lbs already JUST this month? gosh.. I'd give my left arm to lose 5lbs in one month.. let alone 8 andMarch isn't even completely done with yet!! Congrats!!!
 
Thank You Guys I Am Behind And I Am So Sorry I Will Get To Dairies And Get Caught Up I Promise! Yesterday I Dont Think I Got All My Points In I Had Because Well I Checked And No I Didnt But I Will Do Better Taoday All I Had After What I Posted Was Some Taco Meat That I Fixed And Mexican Cheese On It Which Came Up To 8 Points And My Brunch Just Was 8 Points So I Had 13 Points Left! I Will Do Better Today! I Was Just Having Blast Yesterday And Wasnt Thinking About Eating And Wasnt Hungry Actually! I Know We All Can Do This Cause We All Rock And We Will Get To Our Goals The Weather Will Help Us A Lot!
 
I Hit Some Of The Diaries Will Hit The Rest When I Get Back Have To Run Some Errands Before It Starts Raining!
