Thanks Tina. Was the other part your last name? Wow, according to that I can eat 1500 calories and still lose weight? Thats about 300 or 400 more than I'm eating now! I guess that would include excercise during the day too, though! When are we going to start? I'm hoping not until after Christmas because I'm getting the book as a gift. From someone. I hope. Damn it, if nobody else gets it I guess Santa will have to take care of it!!!! I want to get the work out DVD too. Hey, I'm suddenly feeling lifted up. Maybe I'll get motivated after all. See how good you are!!!!
 
good luck on the biggest loser diet, when do you start it?
 
oh yeah, i do have cingular too. but i have a prepaid phone. i'm not a big talker and have no friends lol so i just have it for emergencies etc. my hubby refuses to carry one! i buy minutes and they last me a couple months!

Ok here is what I ate

Breakfast=med apple
Lunch= 2cups mixed salad can of tuna 2 tbsp low fat honey mustard dressing
32 oz of water so far today:)
I need to find out calories so i can post them also
I will do it before i post supper:)

Ok all I had was one baked pork chop and one little helping of chicken flavored rice a roni! I know not enough calories i bet and I walked all over the mall lol
 
Ok today for breakfast== 2-scrambled eggs fixed in just spray ( ok) 160 calories
22 oz water
 
I am so stressed over the holidays and other things they really have me down but I will do my best to stay supportive of each of you! You help me so much you just dont really know!
 
This is a new diet a lot of people I know are starting and have tryed and it is working and works so I may but thought I would share with you!
 
Hey darlin sorry I havent been in here today but boy what a day so far and night last night I will need to fill you in...LOL. Anyway looking good so far with your food. Glad you are posting it now it does help me alot. Now I can keep an eye on you too...LOL.
