Thanks everyone! I know we will all do this I ahev plans to keep us all inspired and for each and everyone of us to hit them goals in this new year! I want you to know I dont care if you want to take some of my ideas and goals or even my diary title I just want us all to do this once and for all! Because I want us to be as popular a group as the biggest losers! I am serious to! If they can do it at home then there is absolutely nothing stopping us! Because we have each other to push every day! So I am ready to share this either here or in your diaries! Post them goals in your diaries or start a new one One of us mods would be happy to close your old ones! I feel a fresh diary a fresh start and a whole lot of support andmotivation is going to help each and every one of us hit them goals! So everbody say yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! I am officially satrting in the morn 2 excited to wait till monday lol! I am starting a kick a$$ club for us also lol

that I usually do mine late.You are so darn motivating I love stopping

I hope Jayla feels better my son has had damn ear infections since he was
about 1 month old and this last 1 he was put on 3 different antibiotics it
cleared up but if he gets 1 more he has to have tubes put in:( !
Well I am off to make room for the treadmill I am going to exersice my booty
off when the little biy goes home that I baby sit and after dinner.

How rediculias huh. =) But anyways it inspired me to do YOGA last night. Have you tried Yoga? I always thought it wouldn't be to intense but OMG WRONG!
 
Awsome everyone It is the weekend so i will try to get on late at night! I am not letting any of you get off track hehehe

I have had a can of mixed veges no salt 160 cals
can of tomato paste no salt 70 cals

I am trying to decide on dinner i know I have to eat butam not really hungry

so far 230 cals
100 crunches on excercise ball and My 4 mile walk away the pounds dvd!

Ok I done dinner and had chicken noodle soup and crackers 540 cals
2 candy canes couldnt help it 96 cals

so 866 is what i done I know not enough but I will do better tomorrow my body is adjusting and i had 40 oz of water

I am afraid to eat when I am not hungry I want my body to get use to feeling full not stuffed!
 
I'm usually not hungry either, but I know I have to constantly be eatting all day to keep my metabolism up and running! I found that carrying around small veggies or fruits (like baby carrots or grapes) and eatting a few at a time all day long will work in a lot of food keeping me fueled :)

You are doing great!!! Keep it up! I hope you get the calories thing stabilized! I know it can be hard to keep them up to a healthy level sometimes if you aren't hungry but it's really better for you if you do!

Good luck on your 2007 resolution! You are on the right track!
