Ok its late needed to stop in and let ya know I am ok! I done a lot of heart and soul searching the past feww days and I have to do this once and for all! No stalls no excuses I have to deal with all of my demons! The holidays were good but I had drama Christmas night and just let all the anger out I guess you would say! But you know I feel better and I think it opened a door to a new road and path for me to journey on. I am starting first thing when I wake up I just have to decide what way of life to choose and stick with the plan! I am also going to start me a journal somewhere so I can open up all of these emotions I have been bottling up inside for years! But in here I am going to post my food and excercise to be accountable! Its like any addiction and I have to beat these emotional demons that addict me to food. So I will be back later with my final decision and my food for today!
 
**RNW66**Tina's Kick A$$ Walk to 2007 In Your face 100 pound loss!**

Ok 2007 is a few days a way! I am doing this 4 me and to show basically some that I am not playing and I Can and WILL Do this by this time next year! So the 1st I will weigh in and post as often as possible!

MY GOALS 2007

1.~ Drink 64 ozs water daily
2.~ No breaks @ least 30 minutes excercise daily (everyday sick or not no excuses)
3.~ Healthy food only
4.~ 1200 calories daily vary if needed when plateau
5.~ Do not let smart a$$ people get to me with their opinions and judgements 2 show them what I can and will do!

6.~Do this for me and rock in the new year with no stopping for me myself and I only!
7.~ I will not judge others for there choices in diets or there slips when I know nothing actually about their life!
8.~ I will support anyone who needs it!

Hey Tina. WOW, Loooove the title, it made me wanna get in here fast. :D You have an awesome plan, its inspiring and it looks like it will work. Good luck with the New Year, you're in for a great start!!

And it starts with a goal . . . .

It's great to have them written down like you do. I wrote a list of reasons why I want to lose weight and I am going to try and read them every morning.

Can't wait to read about your progress!!
 
Hey Tina,
Girlie I am here for ya no matter what diet choices
you choose,sometimes you have to sample around to find
what works for ya thats what I did and I feel low calorie dieting
let's ya eat almost any food's just healthie rways to prepare them.
