Definitely go for a physical - not for weight, but you're an adult and that's what you're supposed to do. I say this as a fellow adult! Nice work on getting back on track!

Me too. What I find helps is that if I start visualizing the cleaning (or whatever chore) while I'm chilling, I get to a point where I have to clean the stuff up. Don't know if it works that way with you, but might be worth a shot.I had no clean dishes or pots or pans! I'm a bit of a slob, and not cause I like being a slob but just cause I'm lazy and would rather chill on the couch than put dishes away.
