Thanks guys. I look weird smiling in selfie pics.
I managed to get my dog groomed today at work. I gave him the froo froo poodle trim that everyone pictures when thinking of poodles. He'll get quite the looks for the next while!
I should have done more this afternoon/evening after work. I didn't ride because my horse felt tired yesterday and I need him to have some 'juice in the tank' for the horse show. But I should have at least gone to the feed store to pick up the shavings for his stall and bedded his stall at the show. Now this means I just have a lot more to do tomorrow. I also should have made sure to pack all my horse gear and stuff too, and clipped my horse's legs and such. Arg, so much to do.
I did go to the toy store to try to find something to color dogs with at work. I usually use blow pens (you blow in one side of the 'marker' and it sprays color out the other end, like an airbrush just powered by your own breath) but they are almost impossible to find except online. I heard that this toy store sold a kid's style airbrush, but of course, they was all out! And I have a client coming in tomorrow that wants color!! I do have some dog hair dye but it's just so much more difficult to use cause you gotta put it on, let it sit for a while (without accidentally coloring any other part of the dog) then rinse it off. Plus I think the girls wants pink and I don't think I have pink, maybe she'll be ok with purple.
I also went grocery shopping for the horse show. I got fruit (or fruit like things)! Grapes, strawberries, and watermelon! I also got a few prepackaged salads, and some chocolate

I worked out. I wasn't feeling it so knew that I wouldn't convince myself to also do cardio so just told myself to go for weights. Did my 5 min warm up (0.45 miles, 53 cals) then did my weights. 55 pounds squats, 35 pounds bench press and barbell rows. Can't wait to get the wait up on the bench press and rows. The squats are becoming a pain because I have to pretty much deadlift it, then lift it up and over my head and put in on my shoulders. I sometimes get a hair light headed doing it, so I guess I hold my breath a bit. Once it starts getting heavier I'm not sure what I'll do.
I then also made a lasagna. I think my trainer usually has a microwave so I could take a portion of lasagna with my to the show. Gonna try to stick to 1500 cals during the week and then have a little more leeway on the weekend. Horse shows are always hard for me to stay on track. Last time I lost weight, I fell off track during show season and that's when I started to gain it all back.
Tomorrow I have 3 dogs to groom in the morning. Need to get them done asap, so I can get ready and packed and to the show. I will ahve to first go to my mom's house an exchange my vehicle for her's so I can tow my horse trailer. Then to the feed store to get shavings, then back to my barn to pack and load all my gear (hoping stuff is mostly clean cause I didn't wash nothing since the show, also hoping my horse's passport is where it's supposed to be). Head to the show, unpack, bed the stall, get water buckets set up, give my horse hay, park the trailer. Tack up my horse, ride him, bath him. Go to the office and check in (probably before I ride actually) feed my horse his grain. Then see what else I got time for. Gonna be a long long day. Geesh.
Lunch: 2 peanut granola bars
Supper: Lasagna
