Much better!it was only a 45 minute body conditioning class so it won't have burned many calories. Still, better than sitting on my bum!
Pop a little zip-lock bag of 10 raw almonds (70 cals) into your handbag, to get you through until meal times. It has saved me on many an occasion.
Great work! Drinking more water sounds like an excellent idea that can easily save 200 calories a day. Which may not look like a lot on paper but with the low amount of calories you´re consuming having a couple extra for actual food can make a huge difference.
26" waist? WOW!Another progress update 33.5-26-38 measurements and 9 stone 7 1/2 pounds. That makes 1 1/2 pounds and 1 inch down.
Been very busy over the last week! Not much of a diet over the weekend, but doesn’t seem to have ruined it luckily. My gym offers a body MOT, so I had all sorts of tests done last Friday. I was pleasantly surprised with the results. I scored 89/100, which apparently just about puts me in the top 10% of people for health. Will post the more detailed results later![]()
