Congrats on working out during the weekend! I have the hardest time doing that.
Try not to spend alot of time around her.
But you eat good on the weekends - that's my next challenge to overcome!

You could use his scare as a reminder of what all that crap does to your body. You were having a negative reaction to it as well, but not really listening to your body. He is the extreme of what can happen.

Good point - I had another friend in uni that became diabetic and continued her unhealthy lifestyle and the diabetes got even worse - she had a really hard time trying to change her ways. I know in order to keep up my healthy lifestyle I have to do it 7 days a week not 5 - it's too easy to get back to old habits - going to keep working at it.
Ok so I don't have much time today because my boss is here (she normally works in the next town over) and is constantly looking over my shoulder all day - tomorrow too! She just ran out for lunch so I got a minute.
Made it to spinning last night and ate pretty decent. I also got up and made it to Kettle Bell this morning and I plan to go back tonight to run on the treadmill for a bit. My eating hasn't been as good as last week and I have so many bad cravings lingering from the weekend. We also got our meat order in so my fridge is packed with kubasaw and pepperettes and I love to heat up the pepperettes in the microwave for 30 sec and then eat them but I know they are soooo bad so I have only have 1 since I got them last Friday so that's not too bad - I think I should freeze them until company comes over because they are too tempting - I thought about them all night and ended up eating a bunch of popcorn but wasn't satisfied.
Anyway I might not get to update again until Monday which will then be a really good post because I plan to finally have some pictures!! Actually I'm planning on going to my parents house Sunday for the survivor finale so I should be able to update at that time -if my boss goes for lunch again tomorrow I will update then too.
I miss you guys lately but have still been reading when I can and just haven't been able to post you messages - I am thinking about you all - stay strong during those holiday temptations and get a good workout in if you know it's going to be high calorie day!
