Someone needs to tell me how to quote multiple people in one post because I can't figure that out!

I would like to get into more of the classes after christmas. You make them sound so fun :) Timing aways sucks though. They set them up for the working womans schedule, not the stay at home moms. Guess they figure we have so much more time ;)

^^ I had no idea how to multi quote either!! I just kept right clicking on quote and opening it in a new tab so each tab had a different person's quote.. then I just copied and pasted them all into on reply LOL too much work...

Well Lisa you are totally rockin' it this week!!! What a GREAT week it has been already. Keep on truckin'... Friday is just 2 days away believe it or not!!! Jeez the weeks go by SO fast I swear!!!

I fell asleep right before the biggest loser last night, but I went online to see how they all looked. I love that show, it is sooo inspiring and I can not get through an episode without crying lol. But great job with your meals and workouts! That 3 pounds will be gone in no time!
 
Ok so another day down and only one more full day to go before weigh-in. Yesterday threw me some curves so I didn't get everything done I had planned and that kinda bummed me out. I had plans to go to the gym after work and do a water aerobics class and get some running around done but my hunnie called me during the day and had to bring the work truck back and needed the car so I had to change all my plans and get him to pick me up after work and we just went home - he couldn't find anything to do while I went to the gym and I didn't want to drive back the car back into town for the third time so I only got my work out in before work and I was happy I did that at least.
Here's how yesterday looked;
Exercise - 45 min kettle bell class - warmed up with skipping rope, did some push-ups & squats and then did 8 reps of 8 different kettle bell exercises - 4 times in total with 1 min rest in between. It was awesome and I'm feeling it today!
B - ff yogurt & all bran buds
Snack - 2 cups mint green tea
L - big veggie salad - same as yesterday's lunch with 1 can tuna in water drained instead of the egg whites w ff dressing.
Snack - 2 squares of caramilk bar - my hunnie bought it from someone fundraising for his kids and couldn't eat it all and left it sitting in front of me - after a bit I couldn't take it anymore and ate the last two pieces.
Snack 2 - apple
D - 1/2 can tomato & rice soup & 1 piece bread w calorie wise ranch, shredded left over turkey breast, little bit of bbq sauce & 1 slice ff cheese toasted.
Snacks - s.f choc. pudding cup, 2 home made pickles, peanuts - darn I was doing so good and then I snacked on quite a few of these peanuts and later looked at the nutritional info and it was 290 cal for 1/3 cup!! I'm sure I at least at 1/3 cups = probably 2/3 cup! I should have looked at that before hand! Oh well still a good day in my books!
Didn't make it to the gym this morning but excited for spinning tonight! I had to drive in with my hunnie and wait for him to get a work truck.
A group at work has invited me out for lunch at Kelsey's today and I went online and checked out the nutritional info and there are no good options! The only thing I could find with 30 or less grams of fat was the chicken noodle soup and the sodium in it was like 50% of a days worth so I think I'm going to skip it. Tomorrow there is also a luncheon for someone retiring at this place with an amazing buffet so I think I will do that after my weigh-in instead. I won't go crazy because I don't want a stomach ache the rest of the day but I'll probably try a little bit of everything. Tomorrow I want to go to the gym before work and get back on the treadmill - it feels like it's been a long time!
This week flew by!!! Only 7 more sleeps until my family arrives!! 8 more sleeps till my shag - I'm so excited to put on that dress and get my hair done - I'm going to be one hot little number!! Can't wait to knock the socks off everyone! Have a great Thursday!

You are right about the classes schedule - I have noticed they have a couple during lunch hour so maybe you could check those out. These classes really inspire me - I think I would love to be an instructor one day - maybe one day sooner than later - I notice they have courses at the gym for becoming instructors so I might look into that in the new year - it just makes such a difference with the instructor and I have been to so many now that I want to be one of those ones that motivates the other people in the class and have them wanting to come back to get inspired by me. I don't think I could do the spinning one but maybe step aerobics or new body.
 
I can't believe how fast this week has gone by either!! I'm so excited for your weigh in tomorrow... you're going to do great!!! You've been really consistent lately. I'm not sure how mine is going to go considering I got my period yesterday... ugh I feel so bloated!!! But we'll see!

Hey Lisa, Just wanted to check in, say hi and let you know my fingers are crossed for you for your weigh in! You seem like you would be a great workout instructor because you are so motivating and inspiring, the kind of person people need to look up to while losing weight. Well anyway, Happy Friday!

Thanks guys! I'm so excited! I know I really worked hard this week for it and went a whole week without an alcoholic beverage too! My snacking in the evenings has also improved! I still have .6 to go for next week to reach 145 on the dot but I am going to work hard for it! I am going to stay strong this weekend too. We just went for lunch for someone leaving work and it was a huge buffet and I totally :piggy: out. I had meat balls, perogies, mashed potatoes w gravy and salad and then seconds! It was so good but I'm so full.
Yesterday was an awesome day and I don't have time to do my meal plan but it was right on target and I made it to spinning. I also made it to the gym this morning and did 25 min treadmill (2.25 miles) 3 min warm-up, 20 min run at 6 mph and then 2 min cool down. Then I did some abs, sides, back, shoulders, bicep machines and stretch and more abs on the mat. I am also going back after work to meet my friend (hopefully she doesn't cancel again this time!). I am going to go anyway and at least get back on the treadmill for 30 min - just to burn off some of that lunch I just had!
Tomorrow I plan to go to Kettle Bell again - I think I'm addicted and am loving the way my arms feel afterwards for like 2 days!
I feel better than I ever have before and people are telling me left and right how good I look these days - like all of a sudden yesterday at work everyone noticed - must have been the outfit because all my clothes are baggy but yesterday I tied a belt around my waist so everyone started taking notice. It's a good feeling. The hard work is paying off and it's making me want to work more!
One more week today till my shag! i'm getting so excited but have lots of work to do this weekend to get the prizes together.

What and AMAZING progress!! Another success story people will be emulating and reading about for years and years. So so proud of you. Just a few more lbs, but I know they'll just melt. Good luck. We are all watching your progress.
 
Wow. I have been reading your diary and I just have to say you are amazing. Thank you for the inspiration you've given me; I now want to join a gym and I believe I can actually lose my stubborn weight. Reading about the remarkable change in your life has made me really jealous so THANK YOU! I need to feel more jealous as maybe that's the only way I can finally do this.

You are an inspiration. :)
