Ok so this weekend was not good

- what else is new. The snacking monster just moved right in and I kicked his butt out this morning.
Here's how the weekend looked:
Friday
woke up for workout before work - did 3.55 miles in 40 min and some abs, back and side machines and some abs on the mat and stretched.
Ate pretty decent all day and only had a couple snacks at night - nothing major, I think I was over 5 WW points or around there. Went to bed at 9:30pm! Didn't wake up till 9:30 am! I think I was tired.
Saturday
Woke up at 9:30 am and started cleaning - cleaned for 3 hours straight! Scrubbing toilets, bath tubs, floors, dishes, carpet, did 4 loads of laundry, etc. Had a shower and met two friends for some shopping. Tried on the wedding dresses I liked again but wasn't sure this time - think I need to try on more because I wasn't blown away this time - even though it fit better. I just can't imagine wearing no sleeves and being comfortable all night. Not sure how I'm going to get over that one.
We finished up shopping with dinner at Moxie's. I got a glass of red wine, chicken tenders and a side salad - the chicken was so good but probably so bad. I went home picked up my hunnie and went to a friends to play poker. They had chips, left over halloween candy and pizza and I had some of all of it! Plus 2 beers and two more glasses of wine. Went home and passed out from fullness! I won the game though and pocketed $60!
Sunday
Woke up and knew I needed to exercise. Put on some long underwear and grabbed my MP3 player and hit the pavement. I warmed up for 3 min and then jogged the whole 5km - minus the short warm-up! I was so excited I didn't stop once! It took a total of 36 min and I was going to continue for another 5km but once I slowed down I got a chill from my sweat so I went inside. I continued with some cleaning and then changed into some workout clothes and headed to the gym. I did 10 min treadmill, 10 in rowing machine,20 min stepper & 45 min abs, back, side, shoulders, arms machines. Made a healthy dinner and the day was going to be great. My bf brought home 2 bags of chips and a huge container of dip - I should have gone to bed but I didn't and I ate almost a full bag of chips, all with Ranch dip - went to bed feeling so full and really mad.
So there it is - good workouts, bad food - bad choices.
But I have the determination back to kick butt this week! I have a big workout planned tonight and only healthy food picked out.
A couple things changed - my hunnie isn't leaving until Thursday and he's going to be back Friday! So instead of being gone two weeks, he's only going to be one night! So much for focusing on myself and to be honest I was excited for the house to stay clean for a bit.
Alright let's kick some butt this week!
