Ok yesterday was an awesome day and I think today is shaping up to be the same!
Here's how it looked:
Exercise - 20 min eliptical (resistance 8), abs, sides, back, shoulders, bicep machines with 50 jumping jackes in between machines, abs on the mat and stretch.
B- ff yogurt w all bran buds
Snack - 2 cups mint green tea
L- shredded cabbage w 1 apple chopped & ff california dressing
Snack (3pm) - instant reg. oatmeal w 1 cup mixed frozen berries
Exercise - my girlfriend was supposed to meet me and never showed I still did 30 min treadmill (first 8 min incline 6, 4.1 mph, 20 min 6 mph!! no incline, 2 min cool down) 2.7 miles in total
50 min 20-20-20 class - step aerobics & strength training, I left 10 min early because I wasn't feeling the abs part.
D - 2 corn on the cob w light margarine & turkey breast - hunnie totally over cooked it so I only had a small piece because it was very chewy
Snack - s.f choc pudding cup, a couple bites of whole wheat kraft dinner w ketchup
This morning it was -26 with the wind chill (so chilly)! I didn't go to the gym before work because I don't want to over do it but I will for sure go to spinning tonight and nothing is going to stop me! I miss it since I haven't been in over a week! I'll probably be doing some jumping jacks in the washroom today because I'm working over at the mechanical building and it's so cold over here - the little heater I have plugged in just isn't doing it! I might be drinking tea all day too!
The momentum is still up for the week remaining! I'm not getting stressed about the shag because I got a lot done over the weekend and money isn't stressing me out because we got approved for a line of credit and things are great at home with my hunnie! Things couldn't be better! Oh and I found some thong in my drawer that I had bought a long time ago that never fit when I bought them and just forgot about them so now I have like 10 pairs of new underwear and they are so cute - I'm loving me these days.
I have a goal for Dec. 18 to get to 145 which is three pounds away - I'm thinking if I can keep the momentum up until then I should be able to do it - so I'm going to work my butt off to get there! Wish me luck
