Janvier - I think you hit it on the head with trial and error! I've just been having too much error lately but I'm not giving up and going to keep trying to get it better on the weekends. Your support is helping me too!
Sarah - I am hitting it off with the treadmill and loving it! Yesterday, all day at work, that was all I could think about - getting to the gym and pounding it out. i'm going to try my best to be consistent this week - too much cheating lately and I notice a little plateau shaping up from it so that needs to end starting yesterday! 2 weeks to the 140's is crazy and I'm going to kick my butt to get there! Doens't seem like it could be a reality.
Alta - I unfortunately do not have a scanner otherwise I would scan the save the date magnet. one of these days I'm going to get a friend to do it for me because I have a lot of pics of when I was 224 I would like to show but nothing saved to a computer because my laptop crashed a while back with all my photos on it and I never backed them up

Luckily I printed some of them or they would all be gone. I hope your not getting sick - that would be a real damper, oh well I guess it would be good to get it over with before your trip though. Water, water, water my friend! We are going to do this!
Mav - I looked up the cals and fat in that genoa and trust me I don't think I will be having anymore anytime soon! We went grocery shopping last night and my bf wanted to buy more and looked at me for approval and I said go for it - I am totally turned off it now. He was having some last night and it didn't bother me at all!

Ok so yesterday was a great start to the week and I think it's going to shape up to be a week for the records! However I have weigh in tomorrow and I'm still up on my scale - but I'm going anyway and facing the music.
Here how yesterday went:
B- ff yogurt & all bran buds
Snack - 3 cups mint green tea
L- big veggie salad - mixed greens, tomato, orange pepper, cucumber, black olives, chick peas, green onion w ff tomato, oregano dressing
Snack - protein shake w two scoops & 8oz ff milk
Exercise - 50 min treadmill (4.2 miles, 504 cals), 11 min rowing machine (100 cals), 20 min arc trainer (level 7, 292 cals), stretch - I could have kept going and going - I had so much energy however I knew dinner was being cooked and didn't want to show up to a cold plate.
D - 4 oz turkey breast w marinade, asparagus spears (spray pan & garlic salt), 1 corn on the cob w light margarine, pickle
Snack - 1 point caramel bar- I know I wasn't going to snack but I it was habit to have one - tomorrow will be a different story!
I forgot my pedometer at home and was so sad because it would have been a high one, maybe even a record breaker, my legs were tired by the time I put my feet up.
Guess what.. I got up and went to the gym this morning!! I just needed to pack my bag last night and say "I'm going to the gym in the morning" and then when my alarm went off I got up with no problem and went - easy as that. If only every morning it could be that easy! Time to go make some oatmeal! Hope everyone had a great Monday! Let's kick butt this week!
Snack -
