So I thought it was time to move across from the newcomers section. I want to lose around 30 kg so around 66 pounds. I weighed myself today and officially lost 1 Kg!!
I have been good the past couple of days with what ive been eating and had a really great work out at the gym yesterday, but today has not been such a good day. I had a long and busy day so I indulged in a bag of candy. Anyone got any ideas for pick me ups that arent filled with sugar?

I'm now on holidays for uni so I'm going on 2 trips - 1 is skiing tomorrow which is meant to burn a lot of calories. I'm going to make it my goal to lose in both of the next 2 weeks!!!
and def agree that its best to satisfy your cravings in small portions than to deny yourself altogether.
