Awesome yah!!!
Hah that is sooo true!oh girl i hear you!! its funny how things like eating right and excersizing is SO hard to do, but as soon as we start doing it, we feel so alive again, lol
Well done on that one! i had to take up running because the weather has just been too aweful to bike. it gets easier and better and better, today i managed to run about 14km (7miles?) through some hilly terrain which feels great!I did my run tonight. I could not find my stop watch, so I have no idea how long or how far I ran. I am guessing around 2 miles. Anyway, I had several excuses not to go ( no watch/it was raining), but I did it anyway. My husband was so encouraging. He kept at me until I was out the door...rain and all.

1 percent of your body weight a week is a realistic expectation... but reality isn't for everyone... Life gets in the way... in 8 months -with consistent behavior -you'll be a lot closer to your goal than you are today... you might not be at 150 but you might not care- you might like what you see at whatever weight you end up in..Ok. So FitDay says to be at goal (150) by March 13, I would have to lose 1.78 pounds per week. Technically that sounds do-able, but nearly two pounds a week? Every week? for eight months straight? I think that is a tall order. Not to mention that weight-loss slows down the closer we get to goal. I just dunno.
Anyone have any opinions or advice on that??
