things such as t-o-m, fluid retention, or not having gone to the bathroom or EEN weighing at a different time of the day thn usual can ean your weight will fluctuate up and down by about 4lbs. just keep on striving huni! you should be proud of yourself for doing all that working out because it is a step towards the fitter healthier you! wait til weigh in day and bet the scales will say different.
