Cals today: 1587--I guess I am going to have to force feed myself the other calories I am supposed to be getting. I am really have to reprogram my brain on that part.

Exercise- 25 minutes of weight training. (5 sets of 5 reps)
Interval Training-30 minutes (split between recumant bike and elliptical)


Man, I really feel so strong, confident, and empowered after a workout. I wish I could remember that on the days that I can't seem to drag my rear to work out.

Your doing great!! That seems to be a really good work out, weights and cardio PERFECT!!, and yes, don't forget to get those extra calories in, it does make a difference, and will probably boost your energy level up a tad. Your doing great, so stay in there!! Are you working out today??? What are you eating during the day now??

It's a good thing you got in a workout yesterday I was afraid I was going to have to drive the 8 hours to kick your butt! :)

So I am back from my 5 mile walk... have you exercised today? I'll be watching you!!!! :)

I did not chart my cals today...I am going to go back and try to remember.

I walked a little at the park with the kids, but have not formally exercised yet today. It's 10:00 almost so I probably won't end up doing it.

Oh well, tomorrow is another day.
 
Well, I ended up exercising afterall. :)
I made myself go eventhough it was late.
I still did not do my cals.

Exercise:
*20 minutes IT on bike and elliptical
*8 minutes on the eliptical at one pace
*Shot 100 baskets with each arm on our b-ball thingy(I do this as fast as I can and it really works my arms and my back) Plus-I LOVE b-ball:D
*5 minutes on the mini tramp working my calves.
*11 sets of quick steps(kicks my rear)
*2 minute run back home.

Wow-I got a lot more done than I thought. :)

WOW, you are determined. Can you please move closer to me, so I have somebody dragging me out those days when I have no energy!!! :) Your amazing! Kids can really be a good workout too. But, I think you did great last night, you probably slept like a baby too. Well, I hope your day today is another good one!!

Good Morning Tiffany! Where are you today? Hope you're doing great and having lots of fun doing whatever you're doing! :)

It has been an incredibly busy few days. I have barely been home at all until today. Isn't it great how nice and relaxing home can be when you are running all over the country side for a few days? No place like home:)
 
Well, like I said above, I have not really been home for the last few days so getting to our little gym has been out of the question. I did do the park again on Thursday and ran around like a crazy woman yesterday. I think just the lifestyle things I was having to do was PLENTY of exercise.

My eating wasn't great because I was eating on the run, but I did not gain any weight so I guess I did ok.

My goal this week is to get back to faithfully charting my calories.

My dad's birthday is tomorrow so I am making dinner for the family and baking the cake. (Which also means I have to clean my whole house today) I would really rather nap.....
 
OH- I forgot to add-

My Dad found me an elliptical machine at a garage sale for $50! The one I have is pretty old and rides roughly so I am excited about this new one!!

Hey! Good for you! A $50 elliptical is a great deal!! I need to get some sort of cardio thing for home, but don't really have the cash..or the room for it, lol. I'm praying with summer I'll get out more.

Nope, no transfer for him. *makes frustrated face* What's a girl gotta do to get a workout buddy?

Well, at my weigh-in this morning, I was up a pound from last week. I am not too upset because I was on the road a lot and ate quite a bit of fast food. AND-I had cake and ice cream yesterday for my dads birthday.(So one pound is actually suprising) But, it still is disheartening to not see a drop. Small victory-the sweetness of the cake was not nearly as enjoyable as they used to be. My taste buds are changing:) That's progress in and of itself.
I got my new elliptical stepper last night and I bet having that here in the house is going to make quite a difference on my working out. So, next week should be a different story on the scale.

Well, I start my classes today, so I better go get prepared.
