so, ive done 77km of running in the last 10 days apparently according to mapmyrun , thats good!
Frustration = doing that much running and not loosing any weight dispite eating well (and yes im logging it!) and drinking and doing everything right. Its seriously annoying to think perhaps you seem to be down a lb or 2 only to weigh in and be back up those 2 lb or so again!
The shins are a weeny bit achy AFTER runs, not at all during. So im cutting back to 8km runs rather than the bigger jump to the 10km as i was doing for a bit, stretching 3-4 times a day or whenever i remember to (pretty much any chance i get), and iceing the one shin that was giving me a bit of pain after running as well as arnica, deep heat etc and anything possible to prevent it before it becomes a problem.
Ive adjusted my stride according to things ive read so its a smoother, slower gait which looks a tad funny but has way less impact. Basicly run as silently as possibly (heal to tow, no slapping of feel .. kinda looks like speed walkers more lol). Also where im running (looking for flatter grounds, staying off concretes if possible).
Today i bought an ipod touch so that will be awesome to play with! My husband complains that apparently my cat cries when i go for a run and im not there , lol, shes such a cutie

so other than still running and stuff, things are good here.
