apparently the weight loss combined with a few other things just made the fact that i apparently have very odd shaped and mismatched boobies very pronounced :/

Now i feel like a fool .... but a very very happy fool! YES!!! HORAYYY!!! :D:D

Now if only i could drop those last few lb this week would be awesome!

You are NOT a fool, and it's better to be safe then sorry, and now you don't have to worry about your chacha's for a long time to come. See what weight loss does to our bodies, it flat freaks it out sometimes. Your a sweet soul Wishes and I'm so very happy things worked itself out and you'll be rocking out some more pounds and planning those parties now.

Woo hoo for happy foolish people. In reality, foolish would have been sitting at home worrying about things and not checking. I am so relieved for you. BTW, that is amazing mileage you put on. It must have felt good!

Total of almost 6k calories burnt today, eaten about 1200 but i havnt had dinner yet (i estimate about 2000 for the day)

I was bad, i went out to dinner last night, ate a little more than i should have, then went home and followed it up with 2 slices of lemon meringue!
 
ok only did 73kms today or so. Bloody knackered now. thats 160kms this weekend about 200-250 for the week - total exercise burn of 8000 or so calories. Hows that for a marathon exercise.
Now if only the weight would go down eh - ive been eating good for weeks and cycling to work every day :/
Eating around about 2000ish calories a day.

Hey wishes. I've been 'afk' the past few days, and just had a chance to catch up on the forums. I'm soooooooooooooooooooooooooooo glad that you're ok! yay for mismatched boobs!!!
 
OMG you cycle all that???? I can barely cycle without training wheels on... and because they don't fit adult bikes, I don't cycle! That is freaking awesome!
I wish I could cycle for fun... when I was little, my mom, dad, me and my baby sis would go on these bike tours and they are some of my fondest childhood memories.
We would cycle by sunshin all the way out of town, then on these little trails through the fields until we would reach a nice restaurant beer garden type of place and have a coke (I was only allowed a coke once a year I guess) and a pretzel or something and then chill until we would cycle back.
Ah.... good old times! I wish my man and I would live somewhere where we can do this with our kids one day...

Ok that was totally off topic! I think the weightloss will continue, if you keep eating good and do the exercise... I cannot see how not! But plateauing sucks!
But you have come such a long way, you will find a way of going the last few metres!!

yeah i cycled all that, in fact ive decided to keep that up and put a ton of kms in on the cycling so when it comes to the long rides ill be sweet as!
Looking at the scale this morning im up a kg again, fucker :/
Been munching on protien bars post cycling this weekend because i noticed that my diet wasnt having enough. And im getting my legs burning hours and hours after i stop cycling - even a day or so later they still burn lol.
Thats my signal to up the protien and stop the exercise for a couple days.

Hi Wishes. Whoa your last few posts are intense. It seems everytime I come by you're increasing your program. Way to go.

I just wanted to thank you for something you said to me months ago which today I have discovered for myself and that is how to stay full and keep the calories low. I think I will be more successful now. Maybe you'd stop by my diary if you get a minute?

hmm well i edited my ridelog and added in some cool stats, Ive ridden 300km in the last 10 days according to my thingee and burnt over 11,000 calories. Now why have i not lost weight? how rude and annoying! :O
Today i rode to work, i have to ride home. then take my daughter for a ride, and then ride with a group. blarg!

I would link it but for some reason links are not working! grrr
 
Your the cycle queen!! Great job wishes, I get so inspired reading about how much your biking all the time, it's truly uplifting. And screw the scales, they lie and I'm sticking to it!
