My PT (Personal Trainer) has been pushing me again.

Currently I now legpress 275.5lb per leg (total of 551lb both legs)
Im happy with that! :D

I love the photo of your cat, wishes. It's gorgeous. I would really love to be able to capture images the way you do.

Wow on the leg presses! I don't have anything much to compare the numbers to, except real life.

Impressive!

lol
funny you should post those links, people always keep saying 'wow thats nearly 4 of me' or '3 of me' etc :D

Lately ive been eating more and more and just being hungry all the time. I used to never be this hungry - i think its directly related to getting up earlier lol.
Ive been eating more food but sticking with the calories. Ive been concentrating on good oils and healthier foods as well.

Gluten free, natural Muesli bars are my friend :D (100 calories each, and they kill ANY craving! i swear!)

lol
...100 calories each, and they kill ANY craving! ...

Wow! They are good friends indeed. That's worth knowing.

Way to go on continuing to improve the composition of your food. That has got to be a good move regardless.

... for the last couple months ive lost only 5lb. However i can SEE the difference and everyone has commented on it. The clothes are not fitting like they were, and the muscle is really becomming defined.
Ive been putting more into the weights and less into the cycling so putting on muscle weight. Its wicked anyway.

Hey that is good news. Wow at "muscle...becoming defined"! I got get busy again.

Thanks felici :)

Gonna go see the new Harry Potter movie at IMAX in 3D tomorrow. woot! then going out for dinner.

For some reason im incredibly hungry in the mornings. Even having muesli bar at 6am and having breakfast at oats at 8am, by 10.30-11am im starving and looking at lunch. Usually have had lunch by 11.30, so im hungry again about 2pm then dinner.

Hi Wishes. I think about you sometimes when I'm on my long rides. You sure can leg press a lot! You must make the guys in the gym feel pretty weak, LOL.

Have you considered moving a little protein into your breakfast time?

Its a private gym, only me and my trainer :)
On a brighter note, i ran into a couple who i used to train with and had a nodding aquaintance with when i used to go to the public gym. She came up to me and was all over me saying how good i looked and stuff. It was awesome getting compliments from somebody who I thought was so cool back in the day :D

Umm, most of my breakfast is protien based :)
The muesli bar is gluten free and primarily nuts, the oats have protien as does the milk on them.

LOL Sorry. I see that even the oats have a lot more protein in it than I had expected. That's quite interesting.

Are you happy with how your food is panning out just now?

Hey Wishes, just stopping by to check in on you! Seems like your doing well as always! :) Did you like the Harry Potter movie??? I have the entire series of books, I started reading those with my sons every night when they first came out, it's hard to believe that my boys are growing up like Harry and well we just don't do it anymore, I think it's about time too, because they will be 18 in October. LOL But wow they were just in junior high when Harry became a name. It's hard to believe isn't it. Well, I hope the rest of your weekend is a good one!! Take Care!

Quick update. As you all might be aware ive been argueing back and forth trying to figure out what my goal weight was. I knew i was more muscly than most but had no idea what my goal weight was other than higher than everyone elses.

Well i finally got the proper bodyfat test. It says im 36% bodyfat and 24% is normal. To be 24% i will be 69kg/152lb.
woot! it also classed me as in the 'over' category when it measured my muscle mass lol. Ill scan the thing later and put it up anyway.
So im super glad im not the 44.4% body fat my scales say i am!

yea those quick little programs on scales are normally not the best in the world. Mine changes its numbers every time I get on it. I don't think there is much logic involved. Wonder if there is a little man inside just rolling some dice for the answer lol.

Okay i scanned the thing. Here it is.

I dont understand why they mention arm/leg balance .. i think most people would either notice if one was larger than the other, or not care (unless perhaps they were body building for a show or something i suppose).

Also the Fat content is made up of "anything thats not one of the rest of those things" it isnt actually measured. your weight is done on a height/weight thing before hand and entered in so it knows it (this is how i worked it out).

This means the 30kg it reads of fat is also my heavy jeans (doh! should have worn light ones!) and other clothes etc. Next time ill make sure i plan ahead and wear decently smaller clothes :/

Anyway, to make a long story short - it agrees with the old navy method of measuring my body fat. And Since i know my lean body mass, and with the guestimation that i havnt gained significant muscle mass since i started, i would have been at approx 63% body fat when i started.

Interesting report. I'm going to do that next Saturday myself. So that means you only have 30 lbs. to go, not 36. That's a pleasant surprise!

just under actually :D
Though its weird - they measure me at 5'3" - im soo 5'6" !
Mind you, i wasnt really ready for that either. I think i may go do it again lol. This time wearing the right clothes and standing up when the automatic measuring thing happens.
