hehe i only added another 5lb or so to the ticker loss - but thats 5lb which is great!
Ive been slacking with the diet/exercise a bit lately - though im very happy with the body/shape/size etc so its no biggie.
I always said i would slack off and take it at an easier pace once i got under the hospital goal weight and i have been!
I wanted a trim on the hair and asked the hubby if he would loan me $20 for the week, he said no, so i cut it myself

It turned out better than i had hoped, in fact i got a slew of compliments about looking slimmer. I just trimmed the back and sides much shorter and trimmed the ends on the top.

Anyway as for cycling, theres been a large amount of accidents involving cyclists and people i know, ive kinda gotten shy to ride on the road. Im scared ill end up in some kind of accident and unable to donate the kidney to my brother. Worse yet, im too young to die.
So ive been spending some time on the indoor trainer, debating taking up running :/
Anyway, been really busy at work doing my old job (Developer) plus the new job (Network Manager) plus training my replacement for the old job. Things are extremly busy and i always seem to be hungry :O
