Yikes at the weather - sounds like it was best to cancel the ride. Good for you finding something else to do though. Fantastic!! Keep it up!! :D:D

So i was all pepped for riding today but last night the weather turned bad and now its gusty as heck. Not cold, not rainy, not even that windy. Just Gusty!
Which if anyone of you rides understands how dangerous that can be going 50km/ph down hill and suddenly getting shunted 2 foot to the left or right can be.

I hit some bad gust on my motorcycle before and it would push me of the rode!! Scary as crap!! and dangerous in a curve!! There are plenty of good days to ride better not to risk it.

Well im going out tonight, grrr need more time in the day i think :)
Ive been peeing all day - thanks Mr roasted onions (lovely detox, good for kicking water weight, bad side effects may include smelly wind!) - hopefully that will result in some loss before tomorrows weigh in :)

On another note, im trying to eat more veges and fruit and less garbage again. Old habits sneak up on you until you realize you havnt eaten decent food (even if you did stay in the calorie range) in a few days.
Unfortunatly i just finished dinner and realized im only up to 680 calories for the day at a stretch. Weetabix for breaky with milk, chicken salad at lunch, hamburger for dinner plus a couple plums for snacks. Im totally full - i dunno how im gonna bulk out the calories :/

How on earth did i get fat before? so few calories fill me!

Awesome to see you are eating healthy Wishes, i know how quick those bad habits can slither back into our lives...lol

just caught up in your journal which was like 10 pages, so sorry for not coming around and maybe for mentioning things that are looong gone:)
I am astounded of all you biking, that is determination and power!!! I hope the bikeride the 11th will go smoothly without all that damn wind, I remember riding as a kid and you would hardly move a inch when the wind was right at you:) I also hope the hills are down, though I pretty much doubt nature would set up like that (you can always hope:))
Your voice is very nice, I am not a shark to accents either, but I think they are great. and I know all about the shy/stagefrights I get them too, which has pretty much made me abandon the whole singing thing, but you know, you don't have to be a performer to be a singer (maybe proffesional, but I just sing when I am home or walking or something because I enjoy it)
Well, I think thats it for now... I got to go study, but I'll try coming around more often:) Have a great day!!!!

I guess its up to what you eat eh. I mean 3 weetabix plus milk is a GOOD filling breakfast, then plum for morning tea, 2.5 cups of chicken salad is a filling lunch, and a huge home made burger with all the bad stuff left out for dinner. Its a pretty large mealbase. Now consider this, if id put mayo on the burger and the salad i would have been at about 1100 calories for the day, if you add cheese onto that for the burger as well .... .. are you seeing how leaving out key ingredients helps?

you're ALWAYs the copy/paste person. Thanks for the attention and post in my diary but I would appretiate it if in future you can not copy/paste here.
If you're in a hurry i would rather you just read it and close it than paste the same message over and over.
 
Okay done good today.

Ate 1400 cals around about (better than yesterdays 800 lol).
Exercise:
walking uphill 6km/ph 20 mins (250kcal)
Weights for 50 mins (300kcal)
Stationary Cycling (whilst watching biggest loser - 300kcal)

Tomorrow ill do some cardio and saturday im off. Sunday I have a race which is about 3 hours/70km of fairly intensive. Might have to eat more carbs saturday and sunday for that one.

Lost 3lb in the last week so very happy with that! if i can keep that up ill be happy! :D
 
everyday you inspire me to dig my bike out a little bit more. one day i will get it out for sure and go out on it :)

Hi Wishes!! As usual there is lots of progress going on in here. With it being so cold where I am I haven't been walking much, but I've been doing my ab stuff and some hand weights. Can't do as much as you though.
