Snippet out of my day

Im working overtime at work so lovely air con.
getting up at 6.30 then straight to start work before 7am.
work till 2.30pm then pick up kids, make dinner, go to the gym.
Today at the gym was funny. A bunch of guys on the leg press crowding round trying to dare each other to do more and more weight.
2 of them managed 1 push on 200kg (440lb), the others didnt even wanna try.
So they moved off and i went up to it, took off 2 weights so it was my usual 160kg (352.7lb) and begun my workout. Their jaws dropped and i had to have a laugh at the look on their face. Was really funny.
I then went onto doing calf raises where you stand with your toes on a platform with weights on your shoulder and lift up onto tippy toes then down again. I did that with 126kg (277.7lb).
Did a bunch of other leg things - i dunno the name of them.
I usually sit on the treadmill to warm up for 20 mins and have it on a fast walk. Today i did a 5 minute run as well, and one of the gym instructors came up to me and said 'i can see why you usually walk rather than run' and i had to laugh. See my belly skin flops about, and it doesnt help that my pants fall down both because of that and because they are just a little big. So im running along with one hand grasping at my pants holding them up and the other swinging back and forth.
My calories are low today - only 1150 calories. Im not hungry at all and i dont have anything overly fatty or high cal in the house to bump them up. To be honest im a bit too tired also to be assed cooking. I ate well though.
Breaky: porridge (145kcal) with milk (100kcal)
Morning tea: Banana (95kcal)
Lunch: BLT (240)
Arvo snack: apple (80kcal)
Dinner: 2 franks and buns (280+288)
now for a snack then bed
