Yes folks, thats my deep secret. My tummy hangs down so far that you cannot see my underwear from the front. Its embarassing and gross. And i cant wait till i get it chopped off.

Alas.........I share this terrible secret, my tummy too is always in my lap, not on my abdomen, but my lap.....setting there like a damn huge sausage............I too will be having mine chopped off when i hit goal weight!!!!
and kudos on the mad willpower girl............it does get easier.......but still way to go!!!!!

Ahhh yes the sausage! from here i decree that it shall be called so!

Anyway ive been skipping my multivits and iron tablets, and now Aunty Flow is here to stay im falling over anemic lol.
So ive upped the dosage and im tired as anything waiting for it to kick in. Should be better by tomorrow. Good excuse to have more BBQ and throw a big fat juicy steak on! :D

Today i spent most of the day lounging about in bed anyway.

I say tummies are heading south I almost have the top roll gone thanks
to painful crunches daily but I am still wishing for some hopes of working
some of that lower flab saggy jello looking belly away!
I have trouble with some of the lowrider jeans do to the lower tummy!
Any hoo hope you had a great weekend I didn't I bought me a szie 8-10
black tankini like my avtar on ebay lastnight so I have to get my butt in
gear once again! Have a nice day Tammy:)

Your pictures look great, but I love winter too so I'll just waite and enjoy the weather i got. Though I don't like the rain we're getting (got a whole in my shoe:)) Anyway, good for you the eating gets to be a normal routine:) Have a very nice sunny day.
Oh, by the way: 100km, its a pretty flat route right? Or I would just die!!!

Woo now that is some motivation. Lucky you can wear hipsters. I cant, they keep falling down because the tummy skin moves to much (if not flopping right out *cringe*).
I reckon i may get something akin to a tankini, though i have a nicer upper half than lower so i may go for halter neck top and the shorts look.

The route is hilly at the beginning for the first 15-20km, then rolling hills for the rest except for the last hill.
I love skys too! I have some great lenses which make it look awesome(if i recall to bring them)

that whole international dateline thing just confuses my tiny brain... fying across it is bad enough -b ut coming back it's worse - you arrive before yoou left :D
 
hahaha, im just trying to stay ahead of you guys anyway i can :D

well i was gonna cycle to work today - had everything ready. Then i got held up dropping kids off various places and ended up leaving at 8.45am so not enough time to get to work via bike.
Ill go cycling tonight with the cycling buddy as we practice for the 100kflyer event on march 30th.

I bet your family is pleased to have such wonderful photos of your children - or maybe they just think it's normal?
What is the little animal in the hand with its paws over its eyes? Is it in your cracker picture as well?
Is that baby standing on the hand, a photo of something that happened?
Did you know that we call that "goose", a "black swan" here? It is a state emblem for WA. :)
Of the animals I especially liked the giraffe shots - of the wonderful skies and landscapes, the volcanosunrise. Do you have favourites?

Thats a baby rat! We had oodles of them - cute as can be all tiny like that at xmas a few years ago lol

Yep - his father is a bit nutty, its my best friends grandson, the only thing edited about that is the mess that used to be in the background (shelf full of ugly books etc was near the bottom, i edited it out)

I like all of them, there are some favs - but they change with the mood. Ive done some professional photography (weddings and portraits for friends) but its mostly a hobby.

Well today was so-so. Still tired from lack of Iron. Again i ate sfa for breaky and lunch. I ate heaps at dinner but still not up to my minimum cals.
Im gonna head on up to the gym now and do some walking on a treadmill. Not sure if im up to running or anything harder. Just feeling rather bloated from eating so much at dinner.

My protoge lost no weight this week - but shes been having a visit from Aunt Flow this week also and her fat % is down according to my scales anyway so its all good :)

Ice cream maker still hasnt turned up - so no frozen yogurt :(
 
Hehe, Wishes, amazing pictures. Your kids are adorable I especially like the one you call bubble boy, and all the pictures of the animal, very different from what we have around here, and you shots of the horizon and different sunset, very nice:)
Anyway, sorry to hear you don't feel the top of you game, I bet you are back to normal soon.
Those 100km sounds rough, but I've not been on a bike for years so maybe thats most of the reason. I know I wouldn't be able to go that far:) I hope its not too hilly, I hate hills at least those that go upwards:) but it doesn't sound too bad...
