We need to arrange a WLF jelly wrestling in bikini comp when everyone gets to their goal weight ... i reckon we would make a killing!
Anyway, after more peeing, another lb is gone. IM BACK ON THE WAGON GUYS! (not that i got off it lol)

Anyway that aside, im calorie loading at lunch today - horay for developer team lunches!
Nothing beats being paid to drink and eat on company time at resteraunts!
Unfortunatly i always struggle with the calories on these days as well lol, though usually manage it fine.
Anyway, night out was ok, the Indian place we went to sucked (food was tasteless). But we have been married 3 years now.
In fact im not even sure if i mentioned it was husbands and my wedding aniversary on here now that i think about it
Slack in my old age
Been together about 7 or 8 now and i still think the sun shines out of his ...
Anyway, time to go to work. Have a great day you guys!

19 years old, drunk, buddie with keys to a beer distrubuting cooler place, my truck, stoled $1500.00 worth of beer, wine, party balls, ect...and 34 other underage idiots and..... the police..........oooooo not such good choices!!!!!
Spent four days in there, so did my hubby to be........and still we thought we were mature enuff to get married and raise kids........huh, well we musta did something right cuz its 15years later and 2 awsome little boys included........its all good!!!!

Holy moly - nice!
I dont have anything like that im afraid :/ but i have some good ones
Anyway, I did great for calories at work lunch today. I asked for a steak sammie and no mayo etc. So they put mayo on it.
Anyway i left the bun/bread. Took the steak out and the salad and ate that for ~350 kcal.
Anyway long story short, i had KFC for dinner as well because it was 6.30pm and kids were screaming.
Tomorrow im gonna get back on the exercise wagon again. My break is over

I was real good, i COULD have eaten a lot more KFC than i did and blown my calories out of the water, but i stuck to a handful of fries and 2 drumsticks (450 cals or so).
In fact i wont say i wasnt tempted - boy was i tempted! I love Hot n Spicey KFC, its the only time i buy it. In fact i love hot n spicey ANYTHING
Smart ass! Ill have you know that im debating cycling the 100km rotorua/taupo flyer race in march. Originally i wasnt because i hopped i would be at my goal by then, but they changed my goal weight by like 10kg :/Hey Wishes,

Anyway long story short - its a good way to burn about 3000-4000 calories in one bash
