God i hope so, though i must admit i didnt see it for the first 50lb because i had so much to loose. Its sometimes depressing thinking of how much ive lost and im still classed as obese, but i know ill get there eventually :)

Thanks! your opinion means a lot to me, Im hopeing the kidney is healthy!, though apparently i have to go on a weird diet of rice and other kidney bland food a few days before i donate.

I have to say i love your avatar, it makes me think of some sci-fi movie or something, call me a geek but i like it lol.


Well a friend turned up to stay a few days, He works at an indian restraunt so brings over a ton of yummy indian dishes. Ill have to savor them over a few days i think to even out the calories.
Cant wait till monday and im back at the gym and cycling to work man! I can feel it in my bones this year is gonna be a GREAT year!

Wow talk about kicking Butt! Getting up at 5:30 is motivated. I realize you have a good reason too!:) I was just thinking today about getting up eary for an arereobics class at the gym. The only problem is I'll have my kids and no day care, as it's too early in the morning!! Have a good day and good look with that kidney!!:)

Im eating a super heated butter chicken as i type!
I have a friend whos taken over the local indian place and staying for a few days, hes bringing home all the daily leftovers :D
Its fantastic free food lol.

So I heard a rumour there were new mods and my name was put forward, i was honored but didnt expect to actually get anything (considering my childish outburst a week or 2 ago).
I left to go out for lunch and shopping earlier and OHD and M2M were made mod, I was gonna post a 'congrats to them' post but was in a hurry and figured id do it when i got back.
Anyway I get back and apparently i was made a mod also whilst i was gone. woohoo! (Havnt checked to see if anyone else was made mod since i was gone yet though)

So yeah anyway congrats to you other guys, everyone i saw nominated was worthy (I thought) and would make an excellent choice. I think whatever the choice was it would have been a good one.

I guess i better go finish this curry before its cold anyway now :)

Lol, you can walk or run then, everytime i try running my pants fall down. I tell ya, seeing a fat chick running down the road with one hand holding her pants up is a hoot :D
I do some walking though - gives me sore butt muscles :)

So my oldest daughter rang my mum on the sly and asked to stay the night telling me that 'grandma rang and invited me over!'
I found out when i got there, anyway the younger daughter wanted to stay so i let them both stay the night. The youngest son is at a friends for the night (birthday party) and the oldest is at his godfathers place..... so .... i have no kids!!
I was so overjoyed i got changed and went down to the gym fully prepared to do a workout followed by a nice swim (its to hot to cycle today) only to get told that the gym closed in 20 minutes :/

So i thought "Oh well ill just do 20 mins on the bike hard out".
I havnt been to the gym much lately, not since cycling. Anyway I used to do the Hill program on level 14 - which i thought was pretty hard ass. occasionally it was to hard so i would go down to 12-13 or something. So today thinking i hadnt done it in a while i wouldnt be able to hack my old routine. Anyway i started on level 14, the wheels were just spinning, i thought the bike was broken. So i cranked it up to 16, finally i could feel it, but not much. I thought "well this is the bottom of the hill, its gonna get harder, stick with it"

Hah, well it was piece of piss doing it, even though the heart rate was at 165-180 most of the time. I wasnt even breathing hard and barely breaking a sweat. Man im loving being slimmer!
So yeah anyway i did 20 mins hard out on the cycle then came home. Now husband and I are going to the movies tonight to spend some time together :)

Great job at the gym - isn't it amazing when you can see tangible evidence of how far you've come in endurance and abilities!?!

That rocks!
 
Isn't that an awesome feeling?!?! I have work pants that keep falling down....maybe I should buy some more, but I like that they fall down when they used to "fit" haha. Congrats girl! You're doing so great!!!!!

Oh yeah, boy am i FEELING slim even if im not yet :)
And i must admit, i have this perversion of liking baggier pants so i can go 'look how much weight ive lost!' kinda thing :D
Though to baggy gets in the way.
And its fantastic to see results! and to be able to DO things i never used to be able too :/
